Pawblem Solved

I’ve been using Pawblem Solved for 15 months. I think they are wonderful. I am a busy professional who loves his 85 lb dog, and Danielle runs a well organized, dependable, and loving service.
My dog has been taken great care, and I get a daily update and picture so I know how he is doing. There has never been any «last minute emergencies» or any other contingencies– just great service every day.
My particular walker, Stevie, has been wonderful, and Danielle has been the back up on the days Stevie is not available. I trust them both without question, and plan on using them for forseeable future.

Their service has been incredible!
I recently moved to the Seattle area for work and had no idea what I would do with my puppy while I was at work. I had very limited time to find a solution, and the property manager at my apartment had recommended Pawblem Solved which some other residents were using.
I emailed them and Danielle agreed to meet me on a weekend because it was the only time that worked for me. After meeting her and Stevie I felt so relieved to know that a caring pet lover was going to watch Luna. What I love the most is getting an email update every day with a status on Luna and a photo too. I never have to worry, and it lets me focus on work. Danielle and Stevie have always been accommodating when my schedule changes. I really can’t imagine going with any other service.

We loved working with Pawblem Solved!
We were getting married out of state this October, and needed to arrange care for our two recently adopted kitties for about two weeks. We were reluctant to leave them alone, but it had to be done. Thus, we researched our options: boarding, petsitting, etc. We landed on a petsitting service, as we thought it would be much easier for our cats to stay in their familiar home environment than be taken out of it (cats are extremely territorial by nature, and they need to feel safe to be comfy and relaxed).
We called around the area trying to find a petsitting service that could handle our travel dates; Pawblem Solved was one of the three we contacted, and was actually referred to us as well by the other two petsitting companies when they could not fully accommodate our dates! Always a good sign to have the recommendation of your peers.
We arranged everything over e-​mail with the owner, Danielle, who is great! We set up an in-​home consultation/​meeting with Danielle and Stevie, who was the specific gal who would be petsitting for our two kitties. They came over the week before our trip and we walked them around the house, introduced them to the cats, pointed out important things/​storage spaces, etc. They were both super nice and we handed over our two key copies that evening.
Fast forward to the actual trip — we got an e-​mail from Stevie every day, with an update and photos of our furbabies! It was actually a real joy to get those e-​mails in the midst of all our wedding craziness; there were several days that they came in and put a smile on our faces and our stress would just dissipate.
We returned to two happy, healthy cats who were excited to see us, an intact house, and our mail waiting for us! Stevie graciously went and picked up our mail a few times throughout the trip to ensure it didn’t overflow the mailbox. It was always great to have her coming in daily given the number of wedding-​related packages that ended up coming in our absence.
We were so happy to leave our two precious, newly adopted kitties in the capable hands of Stevie and Danielle of Pawblem Solved! We will definitely contact them again for our future petsitting needs!

This review is so long overdue, but I think I was just waiting because we selfishly want to keep Danielle and Joan to ourselves.
Danielle and Joan have received the nicknames St. Danielle and St. Joan around our household for their tremendous service. We literally cannot imagine getting by without these amazing ladies.
Like many others, we work many hours and take many business trips. We don’t have human kids, so our furkids take the top slot in our lives. St. Danielle and St. Joan give our furkids the same level of love, attention, and affection that we do. Our work plans change often, and they are so flexible to making things work. Danielle runs this business exceptionally and with tremendous business insight coupled with compassion and joy for what she does. A+++++.

We’ve used Joan at Pawblem Solved on a couple of occasions now– I don’t have enough good things to say! Joan takes such excellent care of our kitties, and our home– she doubles as a plant waterer extraordinaire! She is so enthusiastic about her job and sends us updates and photos of our girls while we are gone. We feel completely confidant leaving our pets and our home in her care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and friendly pet sitter!
I also want to provide a shout out to the owner, Danielle, as well:) She has been so flexible and patient as we’ve made last minute changes to plans– these guys really make things easier!

We began using Pawblem Solved for pet-​sitting services in Deb 2012, soon after moving to Kirkland. Danielle runs a very professional business and our pet-​sitter Joan is a gem! We have made numerous weekend trips and were relieved to know our Betsy & Fergie were in safe, loving care. We get daily text or email updates — even a photo when our dogs cooperate — which takes the worry out of leaving our furry family members behind! Danielle follows up with our sitter and is available to step in and care for our pets if an unforseen problem were to prevent Joan from coming. Danielle also follows up to see if we have arrived home, to ensure that our pups are cared for if we are delayed or stranded. Our pups are so happy to be able to stay in their own, familiar home instead of a kennel and we have Pawblem Solved to thank for this peace of mind!

Danielle is the best! From the moment I met her, I knew she would be a perfect match for my 5 year old, 85 lb. chocolate lab. I’m a fairly protective dog owner, and during our initial consultation, she made me feel right at ease. She listened carefully to my concerns and needs, and made a point to introduce herself to my pup so he would feel comfortable too. It was so apparent how much love she has for the animals she cares for. Danielle is responsible, friendly, reasonably priced, and best yet, after her walk with your dog, she sends you updates via text to let you know how it went (per your request).
I would highly recommend Pawblem Solved, and can’t wait to utilize their services again in the future!

Danielle has been our dog sitter for about a year. We trust her like a family member. Our dogs know when Danielle is coming over and get excited in anticipation of her visit. She’s incredibly reliable, organized, accountable, and we know our kids will be in excellent hands when we can’t take them with us.

Becoming the owners an adorable, goofy lab mix puppy, we found ourselves in great need for a dogwalker during the work week to ensure our little guy could stay on track with his house training. We contacted several dog walking services, but for one reason or another, we didn’t pursue their services. Then, we met Danielle (owner of Pawblem Solved) and knew she would be just great for our little pup!
Pawblem Solved has been taking care of our little guy since he was three months old, so they’ve been helping us for over a year. We can attest to the great, positive attitude, as well as the love that they have for animals. I think our pup looks forward to every walk with them!
Some practical things — I like working with people who are honest, responsible, and caring. BIG check mark for them here. Also, there have been times our dog has gotten sick, and Danielle would go out of her way to make Roscoe (pup) feel more comfortable — even cleaning up messes and giving us updates via text message/​email. They are also great about putting delivered packages inside and helping with little things like brushing upon request.
I’m 100% satisfied with their services, and they get a gold stamp of approval from me and our pup! Thank you Pawblem Solved! :)

I just moved from New York City to Bellevue, WA four months ago. I have two dogs: a bichon-​frise and a mixed cocker-​bichon. We used to have a dog walker back in Manhattan for the last 5 years. At first, I was nervous, moving to a new place, since this would be a big change for me and my dogs. Especially, they had been with the same dog walker for 5 years.
Danielle’s positive attitude toward the well-​being of animals became noticeable once she walked into my door. She made sure that we had nothing to worry about. She was very professional, patient and thorough explaining everything with me.
During a rainy day (it rains a lot in Seattle), or a very hot day, she still walks my dogs (a shorter time), and then she spends the rest of the time playing with them in the house so that they have enough exercises that day.
Recently, one of my dogs had a paw injury. He had to walk slowly and needed a pouch to keep the bandage dry. Danielle spent sometime to make sure the pouch was securely placed. After the walk, she checked if the paw was ok.
She genuinely loves dogs. She notices if something is wrong with your dogs, and always makes sure the food and water are full before she leaves the house.
I have a crazy work schedule, and Danielle is always available even last minute. She has been great! I am so lucky to know her and have her take care of my dogs. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a reliable and caring person to look after their pets.
