Reflections by Windsor

Reflections has been my home for than a year. I renewed my lease recently because its just such an optimal place to be in — close to groceries like Whole Foods, a stone’s throw from the Marymoor Park, reasonable rent rates, well-​maintained apartments and hands-​down the best management team I’ve ever seen. They are genuine and highly-​efficient. Couple days back I put in a service request for my washer and by the time I was back home a few hours later, they’d filled in the request and replaced my washer with a brand new one!
I’m super happy to live here.

I’m using my husband’s account to post a few reviews of some of my favorite spots in the Redmond, Washington area and I’ve saved the closest to my heart for last.
Reflections was a wonderful place to call home for two years. I think of it as the best of Redmond, my family was very happy here. The grounds are consistently maintained, the complex is quiet, the units are in excellent shape – at least ours was perfectly lovely.
Can’t rave enough about the staff. Maintenance requests are filled with lightning-​fast speed. All members of the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I experienced a moment of stress and regret – as we are moving to another city – feeling certain that no staff at another complex would meet the standard set by the people at Reflections. You’ve ruined me for other apartments! :D
Seriously, if you’re looking for a beautiful living space with immaculate grounds, a sense of community with the people who run the place – basically a totally-​headache-​free living experience, look no further.

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and nicest complex on the Eastside
Incredibly well run office with long office hours. Everything gets addressed immediately, and with kindness
Excellent attention to details. The apartments are intelligently designed, with nice trim, and well thought out layouts
I love little details like beautiful landscaping– makes for lovely strolls with my dog
I love the location– it’s closer to Marymoor park than any other complex, so I walk my dog there almost every day. also right along the beautiful Sammamish River trail, and an easy walk to the Whole Foods complex
A bit more pricy than some other places nearby, but worth it to me. It’s a premium to be aggravation free
Plan on staying here until I buy a house

Great apartment complex. Only reason i gave it 4 out of 5 was the parking. The parking is extremely limited. The apartments are very nice and extremely new which is really nice. The best part of the apartment is the management staff. They are the best i have seen.
