History

Established in 2011.

Sasquatch CrossFit came about when a I (Tim) started doing CrossFit at a regular gym and gained friends wanting to take part. We started small in a 1,200sf space with minimal equipment in Redmond Wa. and have since moved 3 times to grow with the community we have gained. I have been training people for 10 years and the past 3 have been through Sasquatch. Our knowledge had continued to grow through teaching, learning and experience. I studied exercise science in college while playing basketball and passing semi pro football. I have always led a very active life and love that we get to help people improve their activity levels.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim B.

Business Owner

I grew up in Kirkland, playing every sport there I could. After high school I studied exercise science while playing basketball, semi pro football and competitive Jiu Jitsu. I put myself through the fire academy and spent almost 4 years working at a department and on an ambulance in Seattle. I opened Sasquatch simply with the passion of fitness and sharing knowledge with others. I have multiple personal training certs along with my CrossFit level 1, CrossFit football and my USAW (US Olympic weightlifting Coach). On top of coaching at Sasquatch I currently am the strength and conditioning Coach at Lake Washington High School. When people ask what I like to do in my free time I say lift, that’s what you want in a coach!
