Ken Is The Man!
Not sure if this exact location is still SimplifySimple but I found this location on Unilocal but when I pulled up the sign was no longer there but still a computer repair place.
My tablet was no longer charging. After about 2.5 hours later I gotta call saying it was ready for pick up and the cost was $ 50.00.
Ken helped us when we walked in. He said he needed to solder the charging port back onto the board. He said it broke because I was rough pulling the charger out and shoving it back in. He said to go easy on it. But bring it back if I break it off again. $ 50.00 later, I am happy that I get to use my tablet again and needless to say, I am quite gentle with the charger.
*Side Note* — I called another computer repair place and they assumed I would have to replace the board and told me it wasn’t going to be cheat. I might as well buy a new one. It’s always good to call around! Because when I did, we found Ken!!! Thanks man.

The manager here it pretty awesome. Last weekend I stopped in here to get the screen on my iPhone 5S replaced. While the screen was being replaced, it was discovered that my battery had swelled up from too much charging which is the reason why my screen had lifted from my phone (thanks to another place screwing up my battery somehow two months earlier while fixing my shattered screen and causing me to have to constantly keep my phone on the charger). Anyway, he waited while I drove back home (mind you they were already closed) went and grabbed a black iPhone 5S my brother had sitting around, came back, he switched the battery out, then ended up switching out the home buttons too because mine had stopped working. They close at 6pm I believe, he finished working on my phone at 8pm. Now tell me that isn’t amazing customer service! And he only charged me for fixing my screen. I was sooo thankful to him for that. My iPhone 6S came in the mail yesterday and while I hope I never have to make any repairs to it, if it happens, this is definitely the place I’ll be bringing it!

Very helpful, very quick service. I had a broken iPhone screen and called in yesterday if they had the part available and a quote. I came in after they said they had it. Before I knew it (distracted myself with their rubix cube and lost track of time), I had a new phone screen and the home button was replaced. Really recommend it for people with phone issues and not tech savvy enough to fix it themselves.

Best repair place I’ve been to. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly it made me feel very comfortable leaving my phone in their hands. If I would go anywhere if go here. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about what they do. I heard this was a good place to go, so I thought I would check it out. I’m happy I did. I’m a very loyal customer and a little bit of a creature of habit so if you do a good job the first time around… you can be sure I’ll be back in the future. I only say future because I don’t plan on breaking anymore screens anytime soon. ;)

Great Place. Very Honest.
Brought my laptop in for clean up and tune up this Mon. am. Told Chris my problems from a previous service done. He told me what was really done and not done. He promised me that he would do what was needed to get it back to running normal. Call later that day if he could have a little more time to run some more tests. Ready for pick up Tues. pm. Now runs beautiful. Quiet and Faster than ever. Don’t think twice about coming here. Thank you very much.

So, my iPhone’s screen had been cracked for awhile. It’s a long story that I’m not proud of and we’ll leave it at that. I found these guys via Unilocal and took a «chance». The other reviewers called it. If your phone is cracked, don’t be stupid and go somewhere else. Great staff too. I can’t remember Her name! I hate that. Anyways, I think she’s the owner as she gave me their history and explained all of their other services they offer too. She knows her stuff and explained their QC process which, as I understand it, they’re the only ones (other companies that offer this service rarely do this step) that implement it. Essentially, before you walk out the door your phone is going to be like new… alas I’ll be back because I dropped the *%}{^=*}!! again!!!

The price quoted was good but my phone sat for 2 days untouched because one of the guys didn’t show up for work and he had the tools needed to fix the phone, I guess.
Had to come and pick it up, they apologized.
Going to try somewhere else where they hopefully do what they say.

Came here to fix my messed up iPhone 5s, and Chris did an outstanding job, We even went through a whole checklist just to make sure my iPhone was working perfectly fine. He was really nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. This is the place ill be coming back if there are any future problems with my phone or computers.

I went in to JUST get my screen replaced, nothing else; upon receiving my phone, my Touch ID was not working, and my iPhone would no longer accept updates.
So, if you go in to get your phone replaced, please think before you sign their waiver. There’s not much you can do if there is further damage done to your phone since they aren’t responsible once you sign, but just be cautious if you decide to go here; assess if it is worth the risk or not.
I’m actually having to replace the phone entirely which is obviously not what I had in mind.
The service was quick and the people are friendly and eager to help; I’ve nothing against their service, but the condition which my phone was returned to me was a serious set back.
Edit: I just read your comment, James. I would be very happy to get a full refund and a re installation of my old screen. Will see you Monday.
