A great place for inexpensive parking for the redmond airport. Just call ahead to set it up.

This is the worst place to stay… I would give negative stars if I can. If you want to know why… Just check out the pictures

I book two queens when I get there they only have one queen rooms left so they offer us a roll twin bed, which was like torture to sleep on more spring than mattress really. The blankets were old and felt awful. They kept running out of items at breakfast and the pool was a bit murky and the hot tub more so. But the pool was fun for the kids I just would not choose to stay here again if I could.

The staff was friendly but that was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. we had reservations for 3 nights but left after the first night. The hotel had the most awful stench to it. After exiting the elevator we were overwhelmed with the smell of urine. It was bad!

Advertised rate for 49.99 wanted to charge me at 75.00. Emailed Gm at
no response. Clerk could not get hold of assistant manager. Left with out a room. Never to come back even in rainy day.

The airport discounted parking is a total bait-​and-​switch. It advertises as a $ 5 per day with free shuttle service. But when you get there, you find out it is a 7-​day minimum. Way too late to have alternate plans or options. Won’t be doing that again. Not ever.

My family stayed here for 3 days. The room was clean. One thing I found weird was they didn’t provide trash can liners or a laundry bag. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The TV is old school and needs to be replaced. The room was nice sized for my family of 4. I asked for a quiet room away from everything. I slept like a baby. Other reviews complain about the train in the middle of the night. I didn’t hear it any of the nights we stayed. It must not of been that loud if my kids slept through it. One complaint I have is the pillows. They aren’t the best and they are far from comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. We will stay here again.

Firstly, the dumpster outside was completely overflowing with trash and mattresses, not a good look. The hotel lobby was shabby and stark and immediately smelled like cigarettes. Our room was on the second floor and the hallway reeked of cigarettes but all the doors had non smoking signs. The bathroom was clean except for a little mildew on the shower curtain. The floor of the room had cigarette burns and the pillows were small and lumpy. There was also a chair in the room that looked like it belonged on the curb. The counters in the room were chipped pink Formica. The tv was an old box type tv that kept glitching. The pool was very cloudy and the jacuzzi had so much chlorine our eyes were burning and it was foaming up. The breakfast was pretty good, waffles, yoghurt, cereal etc.

First off, get here early and stay on ground floor. Apparently, third floor is the «smoking floor» with some non-​smoking rooms mixed in. I was told by the clerk at check-​in that «the third floor smells like cigarette smoke» (even in non-​smoking rooms) and «…you can still smell the smoke on the second floor». Smoking rooms in 2014? Mixed in with non-​smoking rooms??? Did we time warp back to 1970 when we were all blissfully ignorant about second hand smoke?
Walk into your room and it is four blank walls with dingy carpet. Look out the window and your are looking at the parking lot through whatever has grown between the panes of your window glass once the seal broke. Go to unlatch the window and find that the latch doesn’t actually DO anything. In its’ place they have inserted a too short wooden dowel with some sort of black slimy/​moldy stuff on either end.
Bedding looked clean but mattress was a brick.
Toilet clogged and I called the front desk to get it fixed. Was told by the desk clerk that she would drop a plunger by for me to use since «it is not our standard protocol to unclog guests’ toilets for them». I wanted to ask what standard protocol would have been if I had allowed the clogged toilet to run and flood the place instead of stopping it myself.
Breakfasts were ok. Prepackage cinnamon rolls were gross, but there was biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs on alternate days. Yogurt was nice, too. Need to get a second waffle maker and stop filtering coffee through what tastes like an old sweat sock. Bleh!
One saving grace to our stay was the evening staff person Amanda! What a great example of customer service. Pleasant in person and on the phone. Always willing to go just a little bit beyond. AND I don’t think she would know what an anti-​customer service «protocol» looked like if it bit her! Amanda– go to the next level of hotel (goodness knows you couldn’t go any lower) where they will appreciate your ability to work with your customer!

Super 8 will charge you for the use of the safe… regardless if you use it or not! At check-​out make sure you tell them to take that charge off of your bill. I’m sure this is a nice little money maker for them.

Customer service is HUGE… what ever you do do not book online. My last review was one star but it was premature I called the hotel direct and the customer service was amazing. They have tried to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend this place. Whatever you do though call them directly 541−548−8881.

Headed to Spokane via Bend from Salt Lake City. Friendly staff, found a return room with the front desk after online said none available. Gave us a good discount for a late Saturday night booking. Very clean, okay pool, towels could be a bit bigger but overall we will stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff and manager. Older hotel but well-​kept and clean. Decent rates.

Close to airport and have free transportation to it! Clean with some restaurants at a walking distance.
