Two months after I moved in I finally made enough noise to get the attention of Dustin. He handled all my issues. Apparently I was in a «problem unit.»
I am actually happy in my new unit — but Dustin was promoted (of course!) and is now pushing me back onto the nice but incompetent leasing staff. So we’ll see. I just hope nothing else goes wrong, basically,
Internet does go out in these units, usually on a weekend night, and I have never gotten any response whatsoever from the emergency/​24 hour (maintenance man’s) number. Dustin mentioned some changes here but??? Poor Dustin!

Be careful when living here, they had stole my bike that was lock in the garage and landlord seems not to care about tenants, when i rent the place it was given to me dirty and water was not working + people has keep close track of my life like if i was on middle school … do not recommend you to pay such expensive rent for such a bad quality and insecure place.
