Terrible customer service! Does not call to update information, take 24 hours to return calls to schedule appointments. Extremely unimpressed and would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!

Our AC system was not working correctly. Naturally this happened during a rare Seattle heat wave. After two other big name HVAC specialists told me they could not come for a month and a half, I called UMS and they made an appointment for me in just two days. The morning of our appointment, the city decided to repave our street and nobody could get within a block of our house. That did not stop UMS, the tech, Josh, hiked in and was right on time. He walked through the whole house with me, answered all my questions and told me what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. He then went right to work and found the issue we had be crawling all through our gross crawl space. He came out, told me what needed to be done and how much time it would take. Then he completed the work quickly and when he was done, everything worked great. And, the price for the work done was very, very fair, in fact, it was really reasonable! From their dispatcher Kimmy to their amazing and very friendly tech Josh, Universal Mechanical Services was really a pleasure to work with. I will be using them for any HVAC repairs I need from now on and I recommend them very highly.
