Computer repair, malware removal, web sites and data recovery. These services include removing viruses, scare-ware, spyware and badware, logical data recovery, building web pages, web sites, web design and maintenance, hardware and software installation and configuration, etc.

I will come to your home or business, pickup and deliver or you can bring it to us, also remote interactive service is available.

There are always new types of problems when it comes to PC’s, my years of experience often gets them fixed quickly. A common problem nowadays is from rogue malware scareware programs that «hijack» a computers web browser, deliberately hiding your data! most often these programs will say that your computer has been taken over by many viruses and show all kinds of errors, aiming to coerce you into buying their «virus repair and prevention» program, which is almost always more of the same.

History

Established in 1993.

ABS started with a «brick and mortar» retail and service store located at 2312 Artesia Blvd. in Redondo. This was the front office of a landmark building at that time, named «The Gaut Building» owned by a very nice couple, Ralph and Bertha Gaut. Having a storefront then made sense because retail chains, mail order and web based PC sales were rare, and upgrading a PC was still a great way to save money. I was in this location until the building was sold in 2004. I chose to relocate as a home based business due to declining hardware sales and a much higher demand for quality service, and businesses wanting to get real web presence. This has worked out better for most of my customers, with the majority of jobs being handled more efficiently and economically on site or remotely with broadband via the web.

Meet the Business Owner

Craig R.

Business Owner

I first started wanting to «work» with technology when I was about 3 years old. Fun for me was taking apart things like flashlights, cameras, radios and phones, wanting to know how and why they worked. My adventure with more complex electronics began when I was about 5 years old, thanks to our neighborhood ham radio operator patiently letting me watch him run his radio station and mess around a bit with the receiver. Personal computers to me, are the marvel of the 21st century and I was hooked on them starting in the 1980’s and have been working with them ever since.

Before founding ABS, I owned a successful contracting business which gave me business and management skills that helped with making tough decisions and adaptations to the quick and constantly changing new Information Technology world.
