Accurate Carpet Cleaning

Last summer I needed to have my carpet cleaned before a big family event. I called a few companies that had good reviews on here, but one never called me back, and the other was kind of rude and acted like he didn’t need my business. Out of desperation and frustration, I rented a machine. I followed the instructions perfectly, but the carpets were not as clean as I knew they should be. A neighbor referred me to Accurate Carpet Cleaning and I was able to get an appointment for the next day! The owner is named David and he was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He measured the rooms, thoroughly explained the process, and even helped me move my table! No other carpet cleaning companies have ever done that! HE WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!
There were a few areas that I didn’t expect to look as good as they did because they receive heavy foot traffic. Nevertheless, David had them looking like they did when the carpet was brand new. He’s a bit of a perfectionist :-) I have since had him return to do the carpets and my outdoor furniture before and after my guests arrived for Christmas. I have referred him to a number of friends and family and they have all consistently reported friendly, thorough, and professional service. He just did my mother’s carpets, sofa, love-​seats, and patio furniture last week. She absolutely fell in love with him! She’ll be calling again without a doubt! I will also be calling him before my annual 4^th of July celebration. Thank you so much for your outstanding service David! You’ve got my business for life! I was referred to Dave, the owner of Accurate Carpet Cleaning (310−717−0383 is the number on his card), by a local realtor who knows everything high quality in the beach cities. He showed up in a van with a heavy duty piece of machinery in it, measured the carpets to be cleaned, and helped us move some pieces of furniture. He spent about 2 hours cleaning four bedrooms and a staircase. I was amazed at what I saw when he was done! Our carpets looked brand new! We knew they were pretty dirty as we had just moved in less than one year ago, and the carpets probably had not been cleaned for five years, but we did not know they were that dirty!
My wife said that Dave sounded like a surfer over the phone and when we saw him, he indeed did look like one and said he used to surf. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His price was $ 145 which seemed very fair for the work he did and seemed in line with prices we saw advertised in local newspapers for carpet cleaning. He is licensed and insured, if that matters to you.
