If I could give 0 stars I would. They were out of every single ice cream! Even vanilla and strawberry!!! Sad There were surprisingly a lot of people still buying ice cream. They soft serve machine was out of order. I’ve never seen a store so poorly stocked when it’s advertised as 31 flavors. This location should be changed to 10 flavors

This place is just bad!!! I didn’t know you could mess up ice cream. Guess what, you can! Service is just bad and they gave me a half a scoop of ice cream for $ 7WTF!!! I would just pass on this place and walk over to the Von’s and pick up a box of Klondike bars!!!

Shitty service. Stingy with the napkins too. If I’m paying $ 13 for four individual scoops of ice cream. I expect a little friendliness. If it wasn’t for my kids wanting ice cream i would have walked away. Rite aid ice cream is better anyway.

Um, they were out of some flavors. Like it was bottom of the barrel half melted unappealing stuff down there. Maybe they should just switch out to a new carton then. Definitely did not look appetizing.

Service by youth today isn’t exactly fantastic… at least it isn’t here. Maybe finding good people with customer service skills is difficult(Rascals sure doesn’t have a problem). I guess my expectations are too high. Wouldn’t it be nice if the greeting was sincere and my choice of ice cream was rewarded with a «great choice! Have you ever tried(insert alternate ice cream option here)? It’s great too, would you like to try it?» Not that asking to try something is out of my league, it just would be a nice complement to the entire ice cream procurement process and would make me love the treat even more. Good classic flavors are my regular choices. I’m not a fan of all the candy, sweet, neon colored, marvel comic, cartoon laden flavors… which oddly seem to inundate the freezer cases these days. Great as a treat… maybe once a year. I’ll stick to Tillamook, thank you.

Is it possible to give zero stars?! Run for your life; worst Baskin Robbins I have been to by far! I urge you to find the next nearest Baskin Robbin and don’t waste your hard earned money here. The owner seemed so inconvenienced with my presence and when I asked the prices of the larger cakes she said«they are expensive.» LOL I must have looked like I can’t afford ice cream cake. Then her, I’m assuming, daughter came out from the back with the same bad attitude that her«mother» had. Is that anyway to treat a paying customer?! I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Terrible ownership and customer service. Worst experience ever.

I really like Baskin Robbins. The one in Manhattan Beach is fantastic. The hubby and I were trying BYO Pizza thanks to their stellar Unilocal reviews, and this was nearby. It was the worst BR I have ever been too. The ice cream looked like it had melted and been refrozen. I ordered the ice cream that looked like it was in the best shape(mistake) from the incompetent employee who scooped the wrong ice cream for me AND could not seem to comprehend her mistake. She finally got it and scooped the right one. When I got in the car and took a bite, it tasted all icy and wrong. The hubby didn’t want it. I dumped it. I NEVER dump ice cream. I would go elsewhere for your ice cream indulgences.

The ice cream is good. And the servers were nice but did a terrible job making shakes. Like they were the worst shake makers ever. She was too weak to scoop ice cream so she poured more milk and MORE milk, so much milk that the milkshake was basically just milk. It was a waste of money for an expensive shake. Will not be revisiting any time soon/ever.

I always love the ice cream, but the service is up and down. The kids working there are kids, but they argue back and forth in front of the customers and it just looks bad. They try to be nice to customers, but it shows when they act stupid in between. Another time, that didn’t happen at all and service was good. I guess it varies.

A friend and I ordered a double scoop. These scoops were less than the equivalent if a child’s serving. Not to mention when I talked to the lady I felt like I was at «DMV». A place that serves over cream should be a happy place. Only good part was the icing on the cake ice cream flavor.

This store is absolutely spectacular. They always have great variety of cakes. The customer service is excellent too. They would greet you and help you in any way possible. I was there with my family and we all had a wonderful time. I have always bought my ice cream cakes from them, it’s ready in 24hrs. I would strongly recommend this location.

I went here today to take my cousins out for some ice cream, and the customer service was so spectacularly bad. First off, the worker seemed unhappy to be there. When I handed him the money, I asked him for napkins because I got ice cream on my hand and he said«I gave you napkins» instead of just handing me more. Then my cousin asked for a cup of water to drink and he said«There is a drinking fountain right there.» and on top of all that, the store had ran out of mint chip ice cream. Baskin Robbins is not a cheap place, so when I’m spending $ 14 on 3 ice cream cones I expect the customer service to be amazing. If I wanted ice cream that bad I could have just bought a half gallon for $ 4 at the vons next door; but instead I wanted to spend time with my family and have a nice day out with them. Remember Baskin Robbins, you’re not just selling ice cream, you’re selling memories. I will not be returning to this location.

The worst customer service of all the Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to. Iekrah(sp) is not very awesome for working in an ice cream shop. The ice cream is great but the customer service will force me to go to another location. GETITTOGETHER!

I’ve been going to Baskin Robbins for years… I’ve never felt I was getting ripped off on portion sizes until now. Don’t worry waste your money at this location, head for another store.

If you’re desperate for a child’s decorated ice cream cake, this is the place for you. They have a good selection of premade ice cream cakes of various sizes. I even saw a Disney Princess cake ready to purchase in the freezer, which you usually have to special order. The negative is that it is pretty costly. Albertsons has premade ice cream cakes which are cheaper. I got a medium vanilla ice cream and chocolate devil’s food cake at BR which is for 8 – 10 people and it cost about $ 30. A large cookies and cream ice cream cake at Albertson’s, which is at least double the size of the medium BR cake is $ 27. The BR cake was decent, but nothing spectacular. So, the only reason to get a cake at BR is if you need a special decorated cake which you can preorder, or as I mentioned they have some already premade. The lady who owns it is pretty nice, and she will write something on the cake for you as well. Otherwise, the ice cream is decent just like any other BR and the place is tiny.

Baskin Robins is Baskin Robins, and most of us have had it by now or know what to expect. This one is decent. Not an overload of flavors but enough to choose from and be satisfied, some classics and some new ones. Prices seem to have risen over the years but that’s not a knock on this individual store. Service here is nice and friendly, only real issue with the place is it’s pretty narrow inside so there’s not a lot of room to sit down and eat, and if you do it’s probably pretty annoying cause people will be constantly walking by you. I wouldn’t eat here haha. So other then that, they’re good here and there’s no reason not to stop by for a sundae.

Baskin Robbins always invokes memories of my childhood. Aside from my grandmother owning one of them back in the 80’s and 90’s, I remember the thrill of going into their shops and marveling at the selection. This particular location is very close to my house. Parking is plentiful. The staff here is friendly enough, but always seems to change. I don’t recall ever being served by the same person twice. My theory is the staff slumps into a diabetic coma after gorging on all the ice cream, thus forcing the management to find new employees on a regular basis. Even though the quality of the ice cream seems a bit«generic» compared to a lot of today’s up & coming ice creameries, the ice cream is still delicious and they still have some of the best flavor selection out of any ice cream shop. And I love to see the light in my kids eyes when I take them to this place and watch them marvel at the selection, just like I did.

This Baskin Robbins(located in the same shopping complex as Vons and Daphne’s) is pretty similar to the other Baskin Robbins out there. The one difference may be that they carry a pretty large selection of to-go quarts and ice cream cakes. In terms of their ice cream, Baskin Robbins has a decent selection, but they don’t have a lot of flavors that really grab my attention. The flavors are usually at least okay and the texture is decent but not great. Baskin Robbins is not as smooth/creamy as other ice cream spots like Haagen-Dazs. Their texture is kind of «crumbly.» Their sugar cones are usually pretty good. Baskin Robbins is an okay choice if you are looking for some decent(if not great) ice cream that is reasonably priced(you can get a single scoop in a cone for a little under $ 3). If you are looking for a less-chain-like ice cream place, you may want to check out Sweet Rose(Brentwood), Carmela(various spots) or Mashti Malone’s(on La Brea). The parking lot for this Baskin Robbins is huge and free.
