Just ok. I have 3 polices with them and recently have been sadly disappointed in the customer service. Their staff don’t seem to be well trained and not sure what it means to provide good customer service. It’s likely the fault of Cary Bichlmeier, the President of the company, as she clearly doesn’t know how to deal with customers politely and professionally (see attached email). She sends me an abrasive email telling me to get my license reinstated. Well, it actually wasn’t expired in the first place. I would think that with so many options insurance agencies would focus on the basics with good communication and polite, professional service.

poor customer service. No return phone calls. I tried to renew my auto registration on line and was declined because they did not have a record of my auto insurance. I paid this policy over two months ago and have to go through the process of having to go to the DMV in person to straighten things out. Last year they mishandled my auto insurance so many times with overbillings and double billings. I have been with them for many years and am looking forward to finding a truly service oriented broker. SADLY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT WAS ONCE A FINE AGENCY.

I have been with Bichlmeier for my auto and home insurance since the early 1980’s and can tell you that I have ALWAYS had great customer service. Even in this age of technology and on-​line services I know that if I have a question, concern or claim I can pick up the phone and call or send an email and I will get a quick response and assistance. I have never even given a thought to needing to find a new insurance agent!
