I recently had a pattern made by this outfit. It’s Essie and her husband. It’s a small operation.
I dropped all the materials off on February 19, 2016. Essie’s husband said that he would call me prior to sewing. He never did. I called a week after. She had no clue of what our discussion was. I reminded her that they were supposed to call me prior to sewing.
Two weeks after I dropped off the materials, I called again. Her husband said he was very busy. I said that’s fine, but if he can let me know what he expect to call me. He didn’t know. I ended up picking up the materials after two weeks having gone by.
These guys don’t take any written notes. They made mistakes in the pattern because even though I told them that I don’t need the top pocket, they ended up making the pattern with the top pocket. I have no idea how the pattern will turn out.

With only two previous reviews, I was a little hesitant but decided to give them a try since they are so close to where I live. All I can say is that I feel so grateful to have discovered them. They are warm, honest and professional people and their work is absolute perfection, very clean lines. I plan to use their service again and again and again! I’m not sure why Chico’s doesn’t have more reviews but I hope for more to follow.

I can’t say enough about Chico’s Design. I have used them for all my samples, pattern making, cutting, and final production. They are reliable and do amazing, high quality work. They are fast, accommodating and very reasonable. I checked around a lot before deciding to go with them. I feel so fortunate to have found them.
