Mike arrived on time and was completely professional. Best of all he and his helper Mike were able to bring 2 very dirty couches and 2 very dirty over sized arm chairs back to life. They are amazing looking now.
I have already recommended him to my neighbor and my aunt. Feel confident in using Mike’s outstanding services.

I am only giving Clear Solution Services 2 stars, instead of 1, because the staff who provided the actual cleaning services did a very good job & were very professional.
However, I had purchased the $ 125 voucher for $ 95 Unilocal deal; & when it came time to pay, the total (as quoted) was $ 125 & so my husband gave the voucher to the cleaning staff. Several minutes later, the staff returned to our door saying that their supervisor (who I had made the appt with) was on the phone & wanted to speak to my husband.
He told my husband that the voucher I had purchased was only good for carpet cleaning & that he had told me this when I made the appointment with him (Which was completely untrue! I purchased the voucher after I made the appointment, & I didn’t even know that the voucher was available at that time). The man told my husband that carpet cleaning services are $ 125, but house cleaning is $ 145; however, when I made the appointment, I clearly explained that we wanted basic house cleaning services & was quoted $ 125 for 3 hours of house cleaning.
The man told my husband that he needed a $ 30 check to make up the difference from the $ 95 voucher. In my opinion this is not how you run a business. You have made an error by not being clear about what the voucher is good for, but you don’t badger your customer to pay the difference for your mistake. I understand people make mistakes, so if you are going to ask for the difference, at least do so in a way that is honest & not blaming or rude.
The voucher description on Unilocal even states: «You get a voucher redeemable for $ 125 at Clear Solution Services… All equipment provided. Not valid with other vouchers, certificates, or offers… Must use in a single visit. Only 1 voucher (s) can be purchased and redeemed per person. By appointment only. Up to 2 can be purchased as gifts for others.» It says nothing about carpet cleaning only!
I would have used their services again, because the staff did a good job. However, after the poor customer service skills from the administration and the voucher debacle; I don’t trust the company and will not be using them again. If you end up buying one of these vouchers through Unilocal,just be careful that you verify with the company exactly what services you are able to use this for, prior to making an appointment with them.

I used this service after reading the reviews online. When I called to ask questions Mike was very helpful and clarified that along with school and offices that they also clean houses and carpets. I had both services done and I am very pleased! The cleaning crew arrived on time and were very thorough. The only thing that they missed was cleaning the inside of the microwave. However, they even cleaned the inside and outside of my sliding glass door! My carpets were in sad shape (I have a toddler who I thought had ruined it) but to my surprise, it practically looks new! I would use this service again. They were professional, thorough, and well priced. Definitely got my money’s worth!

So, I had called these guys and scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon. My very premature baby was scheduled to come home later in that week. Then by Monday morning things changed drastically, and the baby wanted to come home on Monday evening. I needed them to come in right-​away on Monday and clean the carpets.
Guess what? They came in within 1 hour and are done within the next 1.5 hours. They clean everything on exactly the price they quoted me. No gimmics, no haggling, nothing! I get a feeling they run quite a good ethical business. That’s quite rare for such service provider companies.
I loved them so much that I will be routinely calling them every few months to keep my house free of allergens. I also will shortly schedule them to come clean all my upholstery. I can’t emphasize enough how prompt, courteous and efficient they are!

I used them for the first time today after my usual carpet cleaner flaked two days in a row. They were very professional from the first phone call setting up the appointment to when they showed up. They showed up at the appointed time instead of giving me a 2 hr window and were very thourough and explained what they were doing. The price quoted is what I was charged with the exception on an additional fee due to a coffee stain that had set in months ago that was not coming out with the usual cleaning. I am very happy with their service and definitely will be making the switch to make them my go to carpet cleaner.

I have used many different carpet cleaners and was impressed with the personalized and polite service from Clear Solutions. They had a big job on their hands with a very old carpet and were able to bring it back to life once again.
I have used some of the big carpet cleaners advertised on TV and I will never go back to them again after getting this type of service!

I called Clear Solution Services on Saturday morning at 11:40am to schedule a carpet cleaning after I had not heard back from the original carpet cleaning company that failed to show up to clean my carpets. Mike from Clear Solultion Services was very professional and polite. He agreed to clean my carpets and by 3:00pm the same day, I had beautiful, clean carpets. I highly recommend Clear Solution Services for anyone looking for an honest, dependable carpet cleaning company.

I have dealt with many a shady carpet cleaning company in the past who have showed up at my house and hassled me into paying double what I was initially quoted in addition to doing a crappy job, so I am delighted to have finally found Clear Solution Services! My washer overflowed in my house and soaked my white carpet. I tried just sucking up the water myself with my Bissell steamer, which was extremely time consuming since the machine isn’t designed to suck up that volume of water, and my white carpet dried with an ugly brown stain all around the area that had gotten wet. I called Clear Solution Services to come to my home to see if they could remove the stain. They informed me when I called there was a minimum charge of $ 85 even though I only needed them to do a small area (like 10 square feet) of carpet, so I asked if they could do some other carpet spot cleaning for the cost and they agreed. They came and did a great job, cleaned not only the flooded area but my bedroom and entrance hallway as well. They were very polite and professional, and charged me the exact same price I was quoted, no annoying upsells or reneging on what was promised! I was extremely pleased.
Just my luck, the very next day my supposedly repaired washer overflowed AGAIN (they didn’t fix anything!), completely flooding the same patch of carpet that I had just had cleaned! I called Clear Solution again and they came to my house in an hour (on a Sunday when they usually do not work) on an emergency call to soak up the flood. The next day, I noticed the ugly brown stain returning (result of too much water getting under the carpet so it was pulling up deeply embedded dirt from the carpet pad and floor as it dried). I called Clear Solution and they came out again same day and at no additional charge to remove the stain. They did an awesome job and my white carpet looks nice and white again (and I made sure to trash the old washer and get a completely new one so it doesn’t happen again)!
Love these guys and they will definitely be getting all my carpet cleaning business in the future!
