I have been in the restaurant business most of my life. I have managed and /or owned every type of restaurant you can think of. Which, is why, one glance at Coyote Cantina’s menu, might leave you wondering, what is he thinking! Well, along the road I had the opportunity to work at a Cheesecake Factory, and it dawned on me that while you can be married to a core concept, it should not necessarily limit your options! Hence, the Coyote menu.
