On-​site catering requires a minimum order of $ 1000÷35−40 guests and a service fee of $ 350/​chef. Advanced notice of at least 1 week is highly suggested.

History

Established in 1995.

Fishontap Catering offers private sushi-​making parties ($ 45 per person/5−10 person minimum) at private homes as well as in corporate settings for team-​building and social events. Chef Dion arrives well-​prepared with all ingredients and bamboo rolling mats. Participants supply only a Cutting Board, a sharp knife and a sense of humor. Chef Dion shares his expertise and friendly instruction. Everybody has a good time. With Fishontap there’s no pressure to be perfect, or fear of failure.
