Specialties
HALE is a boutique fitness and nutrition studio, focused on whole-body health and wellness.
We offer a variety of classes so that our clients do not plateau in their training, from Pilates equipment classes, to sweat-inducing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We consider our classes to be a semi-private training environment, with a maximum per class of 6 people. We designed it this way so that we are able to focus on form and alignment while still constantly challenging our clients.
You will experience the energy, support, and guidance that you get from group training while receiving the attention you need to achieve results, all at affordable rate. Don’t get lost in a 15-person class where your instructor can’t watch you. Small group classes are an incredibly effective way to get a very high level of training. Technique and form are essential to getting the results you want. Our classes allow you the flexibility to work with a fitness professional at an affordable rate without sacrificing form and results.
We are a fully equipped studio, with classical equipment.
We also offer nutrition workshops and private nutrition consultations with Registered Dietitians.

We are a fully-equipped Pilates studio, offering private training and small group classes. We also offer TRX training and nutrition services. We are excited to be apart of the Redondo Beach community!

Business Owner
Friends since college, Jane and Kristen share a mutual passion for health and wellness. When you feel strong, healthy, and full of energy, you are able to accomplish the most in life. From this belief, HALE was born. Jane and Kristen wanted to create a space where people can come together, to push and support each other, in achieving their goals. HALE is more than a fitness studio. It is a place for learning, growth, and community. We created a space that is a reflection of who we are and what we believe works.
Both Kristen and Jane were trained in the Classical East Coast style, of Pilates. Both have trained extensively in the areas of safe spine teaching and problem-solving protocols for injuries.
