I went into this place out of curiosity. Nobody else in my family wanted to even go in, they were all looking forward to the Gelato nearby. I got myself the Milk snowflakes with mango and a drizzle of condensed milk. It was a party in my mouth! A delicious and unique frozen treat. Sweet tangy flavorful refreshing. You would think it’s just sweet milk and mango, but the texture and everything made it awesome. I shared some with my family and we had to go back in for more. They totally forgot about the Gelato.

I went into this place because I was shivering like a Californian on a cloudy windy beach in the early evening and mine eyes beheld in all caps«COFFEE» on the window. I know you must be thinking, «who goes to the beach and wants hot coffee?» I do; all the time. It’s this instant feeling that stirs in me, stoked by the beachy winds. Alas, this place serves only espresso and espresso based forms of caffeination. They should really change the window display to say«ESPRESSO.» So I got a shot of espresso that had no crema and an absolute acrid taste. It was not drinkable. Most good places throw these shots out; I would know since I barista’d in high school. I’m sure their shaved ice is good but the sight of the ice cream was nothing special. The lady is really nice but people shouldn’t mess with coffee or espresso like that. I’m bringing a contigo of my own hot coffee next time.

We tried the loca latte & this stuff was amazing. It had coffee flavor ice, strawberries, bananas, almond slices topped with crumbles of Oreos along with drizzles of condensed milk. It was by far one of the best shaved iced cream I have had in a while. Delicious!

Great snow ice and shaved ice. Right by the pier and menu is awesome. The lady working at the front is extremely helpful and very friendly.

Went here with my daughter today so I could get my coffee fix. The coffee was great and the strawberry snow my daughter got was really good. Great service. We live close so it will be a staple for sure.

If you’re looking for something to help cool you down in time for the hot weather at the beach, then definitely check this place out! There’s options for you to make your own shaved snow but there’s also«premade» options for you. We got the mango milk snow, which was really refreshing! The shaved snow texture is almost like fallen pieces of snow(it’s owned by a Korean lady) which is known as «pat-bing» in Korean. It’s different from shaved snow from Taiwanese places, as their appearance is more ribbon-like. But nonetheless, the dessert was refreshing, although I wish there was more condensed milk and mangoes to top it off. Cash only. It can be a bit expensive, but then again you’re at the beach. Great for sharing!

Really liked this place. Never had this milk shaved ice and loved it. Bad: I figured it was a little pricy. Also I got the mango flavored and they’re really wasn’t that much mango in it for the price I paid Good: it’s really convenient if you want to cool off in the sun and the lady at the front was really chill

Definitely not the place for coffee. The americano was very watery. The lady put in another shot of espresso but it didn’t help. The hot chocolate was luke warm & the mix was not mixed in well… drank crystals? I’m sure what they are known for(shaved ice) is fine so the 1 star is only for the beverages.

I really enjoyed my shaved snow here. It’s a walk up counter, with no seating/tables, unless you take your dessert outside and sit on the bench. A really convenient location, on the corner of the pier and away from the general masses. A little pricey(approx. $ 7) for a cup of snow, but it’s expected for the location. They take the time to make your snow look really cute, like how it does in the pictures. Service was really friendly. I’d come back!

We had the mango snow. It was so yummy and smooth in texture. But it’s a small shop so it’s a little bit of wait. Totally worth it.

I don’t typically eat cold things but after spending few weeks with my family trying different types of dessert this place was our number ONE choice(: Nice job Jade Snow haha My favorite one is «snowybeach» and surprisingly when I had first spoon, it nicely melted in my mouth like a snow! It didn’t give me ANY headache lol I recommend this for EVERYONE ^_^

We ordered a mango milk snow ice. I was expecting something like Hawaiian shave ice but this was something else. I think it was frozen condensed milk. It had an usual texture. If it were real snow, I would say it was very dry. It was topped with chopped mango(just as the name implied). The mango was inconsistent — some pieces ripe and soft while others were hard and not quite ready. Overall very good although I prefer Hawaiian shaved ice.

Very yummy! Small family owned business right next to the beach. I got milk snow with strawberries and they were very generous with the strawberries :)

Great family owned business right on the pier; much needed in the neighborhood. The first time I came they had just opened and we’re giving out samples of their snow. I ended having a green tea latte and it was super yummy and not too sweet(as is at main stream coffee places). They are now in full production! Congrats! We ordered a Loca Latte snow and I had a Green Tea snow with banana, strawberry, almonds, condensed milk. SOYUMMY!!! There machines are really cool, ask and they’ll tell you all about it. Enjoy while walking on the pier.

I love their Iced Americano. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. They are all about using fresh ingredients and they mentioned that they like to promote local roasters which is a plus for me. I’ve been going here since they opened and now this has been my favorite coffee place at Redondo beach! Their location is perfect and the view is amazing. The workers are so kind and they are very helpful. This place also serves shaved snow which is different from your typical snow cone, its my next food to try. I can’t wait to go there again! :)

Went there to try it & yesterday afternoon it was delicious but the girl at the counter had no customer service& didnt even smile most of the time. First off it was obviously my first time there, anyone who works there should always smile& explain to the customers to choose their flavor then pick the toppings(that werent even listed anywhere) then the sauces on top.
