Established in 1990.

K&P Janitorial Services Inc., was founded in 1990. For the last 20 years K&P has specialized in providing the highest level of cleaning service for many prestigious commercial buildings and home owner’s associations in the South Bay and Los Angeles area.

The owner, Kelly Lynch has been involved in the day to day operations since day one. With steadfast determination K&P has grown into a premier full-​service janitorial company. K&P provides a level of experience, quality and high integrity that no other company can offer. With a clientele second to none, we have earned our reputation through dedication, innovation and hard work.

I started K&P Janitorial Services in 1990 with the intention of creating a full service Janitorial company that provides superior customer service. In the beginning I ran the office and was the first janitorial employee.

Over the last twenty years, I have learned a lot about the janitorial business. We have grown into a solid company with offices in Redondo Beach and a responsive office staff which allows me to directly concentrate on K&P’s clients.
