Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Customer Service here was not cool Guy was rude, not friendly and seemed bothered when I asked him for a different size. We were there no more than 15 min and decided to leave. I’d rather take my business to a place where I feel welcomed.

Stopped by here today to buy our 4 year old son some Jordan’s. Not too crazy about him wearing Jordan’s but hes been a good bit and thats what he wanted… Dante helped us out tremendously! Dante measured his foot and even out our son new socks on!!! Who does that??? Dante is a very professional and awesome kids foot locker representative! Dante made our shopping experience great today!!! Will come back soon!

This has to be the ultimate worst display of customer service from management to the entire staff. I try to avoid this place but whenever there’s a retro release I can’t help to just stop in if I’m in the mall to see what sizes they have. Each and every time I’ve gone to this location they don’t greet you and they have nothing but bad attitudes. Mind you, I’ve given kids footlocker a good amount of money over my yrs. nevertheless don’t go to this location go to the Del Amo Mall and ask for Armando or anyone over there because that location deserves 10 stars!!!

It’s your basic Kid Footlocker. Staff was friendly enough and selection was good. We ended up not purchasing anything because my wife ended up buying some stuff at New Balance down the street. Yeah my wife has small feet. Small feet = cheaper prices.
