Jim and his cleaning crew are great.
Jim always emails me with the upcoming cleaning dates. He checks in on me and my house to make sure his crew a doing a good job. they are very accommodating when i need to change my cleaning dates or i have an emergency cleaning. Dayna and Keith are the crew that do my house and they are simply the best. They are always very friendly and they ask if i ever need to do anymore when i do see them occasionally. They always leave my house in great shape even when it is a disaster! Highly recommend this company.

Not only did Dayna and Keith come the day after I called but they made it easy for me to move into my new apt with ease. They did a great job in the bathroom which was where I was most concerned about them cleaning as best they could. They did a great job and the apt smelled great. They were very friendly and they complimented me on my apt which made me feel like moving there was a good choice.
I felt bad that it was SO HOT that they were sweating pretty bad and I did not have cash for a tip only a check. They charged a flat rate as a move/​in– move/​out cleaning. I called for an estimate and they were to clean as many hours as it took to get it right. They were there 1.5 hours for $ 145 but my apt was already pretty clean. It would be about $ 110 to do a monthly cleaning from now on and I definitely think it’s worth it.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the company told me that windows and sills were extra but I think they should be included since they are a major part of having a clean looking home.

I had them cleaned my house last week.
What I asked was to clean «where we normally don’t clean» such as blinds, around the window, corners of rooms, on top of cabinets… Not a whole house.
They came about an hour late. (they called after 30 mins of late)
They did decent job. Nothing specially good or bad.
Next day I received a bill as DOUBLED as they quoted.
I did not mention about the window for quote but they did clean. Ok that’s I can pay for it. but price can’t be DOUBLED. and I could understood if they stayed extra hours for extra work but they finished exactly 2 hours.
I should never have service that doesn’t have SET PRICE. Or we’ll need written estimate and be clear what’s the extra cost for how much$. So I have options to do or not.

I have been using housecleaning services from Perfectly Serviced for the last 2.5 years and have been very happy. Specifically Dayna and Keith clean our house every other week. They are trustworthy, reliable and do a great job. I really appreciate how flexible this company is, working around holidays, vacations, etc. I highly recommend!
