Was happy with rubberizing my shoe soles, just bring a few at a time, price is reasonable and he will bring life back to a well loved pair. Fixed a pair of mutilated heels from the hands of a crappy cobbler. If you have valuable shoes perhaps different place for super luxury. But if pair is under 300 $ this place is great.

Great place to take your old shoes and have them restored like new. Ive personally taken multiple shoes to get worked on, and Im always pleased with the results. Great customer service as well, highly recommended.

I went there a few weeks ago. Spoke with Gary. Showed him what I was doing. He said that his owner would get it. Gave me a card. Went there today. Gary help me. Said it was not worth his time. He was going to charge me $ 45.00. After all that I had gone through. Very rude! He said that the Velcro strap was put on incorrectly! That’s how I got it! Very ignorance and rude! I use my leg brace to walk! I have another one. I like to one that I was hoping to get repaired. Not such luck. Totally screwed over Gary at the SHOEWIZ at the Southbay Galleria! I was not satisfied with Gary’s customer service. If I could give no star’s I would! Live and learn…

I left to basketball sneakers with the guy so he can restore the leather paint and the soles and he did a splendid job. He took about a week and the pricing isn’t necessarily great but he does a good job. Very minor smudging on some parts but job well done overall

Work gets done fast — I picked up 2 pairs of boots getting new heels, less than 24 hours after dropping them off. The owner is friendly and the work is also really good. Price-​wise, I think it is about what to expect, I paid $ 43 for the 2 pairs of boots with new heels. I was happy!

I brought in a few pairs of shoes to get cleaned and repaired. There was 1 pair that I thought was done for because I took to another shoe place and they «fixed» only to have it come undone a few weeks later. I think it was Steve who I spoke to. I think the price was fair and the did an excellent job on my shoes. Even did a shine on some of the shoes I just wanted repair only. Also thought Steve was professional in the way he conducted him self and explained everything which I was concerned about based off some of the earlier Unilocal reviews. The hours a convenient for me cause it’s possible for me to swing by after work to pick them up where as alot of other places in the area I looked at closed at 5 (when I get off work) or 6. I’d recommend this place to others.

I love this place. I just went for the first time to get 2 pairs of boots’ zippers repaired. At other shops, I was quoted between $ 60 – 100 for both boots. Here it was only $ 35. The owner was honest and timely. He gave me a call when the shoes were finished and had them ready when I came to pick them up. I found him very professional and helpful, and more importantly, the quality of my shoe repair was great for the price.

The reviews here a joke, right? This place is the worst repair place I have EVER been to. Brought in 400 $ worth of heels (4 pairs), paid 100 $ on repairs for leather distress and heel repair. They came out so awful I actually told the owner this is unacceptable. He was rude, argumentative and I paid just to leave the awkward tension behind.
I can’t believe I trusted Unilocal reviews to come here. Maybe bring your sneakers but leave your Jeffrey Campbells and Litas to someone who knows what they’re doing.

They were great!
I went it with my mangled boots, and that night I was wearing them out like they were a new pair of boots! The guy works magic!

I’ve brought many different shoes to my man Steve, and he’s never let me down! Suede boots, leather boots, dress shoes, and even retro Jordans. He is very straight forward and let’s me know what he can do before I leave my shoes with him. He knows what he’s doing and never fails to impress me.

Great Service and very quick. Brought in a pair of my Jordan Casuals that are over 10 years old and he made them look like new. Never thought I would be able to wear them again.

The guy working here is very unprofessional and very rude… I brought one of my Jordans (not the pair) to see if he could clean a stain and he didn’t even bother looking at the shoe. He just turned from a distance and said «no! That’s why you don’t clean your shoe at home, you bring it to me!!»… He didn’t let me tell him what happened to the shoe or anything. It’s not like he had a lot of customers, I was the only one there… I’m never going to this place again!

I’ve been bringing my shoes here to be repaired for a few years. I’ve never had anything major, just replacing the rubber bottoms of my heels, or gluing some suede on my S. Weitzmans. They do a good job at a good price and they’re quick too. They accept credit and debit cards and cut keys too. Definitely convenient location too.

Planned on bringing my shoes in and picking them up the next day however Steve, the shoe repairman, insisted that I wait.
My once haggard stilettos only took five minutes for heel repair!
Ready to dance party! Oh ya!

I love bring my shoes here. They do it all. I brought some old boots in and the looked just like new when I got them back.
