Miles grew up in PV graduating from Peninsula in 95, UCLA in 01, and USC in 08. Been fixing tech problems for as long as he can remember. Trustworthy, friendly, and gets the job done right.

Miles was great, he was very fast and responsive. He offered to look at our laptops free of charge, so we only paid if he was able to fix them, which he did. They not only run well, but he was able to explain the problems and add some software to help prevent future problems. We liked him so much, we already have him working on another external drive

Thanks for all of your help SouthBay Tech. I live out of the area and I can always count on the friendly, patient and amazing service from these guys. They have helped my grandfather install his wireless network and install his cameras for security/​tie it into his network. They have also installed and troubleshooted various software issues that he was dealing with and I couldn’t handle over the phone. Highly recommended

Miles saved my data! He helped determine that my hard drive was failing due to a growing number of bad sectors and walked me though imaging it onto a new hard drive.
