Worst experience ever.
There is a review by Laurent that says it better than I could put into words (wish I would have seen this before I paid Sarah a $ 150 fee to do nothing).
This is what Laurent said:
«Impossible to reach. I tried quite a few times to call and it always went to voice mail. I also sent an email and never got a response. I am going to try AAA instead.»
Exactly my experience.
I showed my wife and my friend in England Sarah’s (few and very delayed) emails and uniformly their comment was, «indecipherable».
Use at your own risk. NOT a professional organization. Heck, they don’t even have an office and you can’t meet a real person (even if you live local). GRADE: F.
UPDATE: see the response from Spoiled Travel to my post. Excuses. I suspect that this org is one person working out of their home. Excuses aplenty. Buyer beware. They ripped me off for $ 150. And the excuses continue. I am pretty sure that their positive reviews are from «friends» not real customers. Reason: they refused to refund my money when it was clear that they did not preform (health problems aside… that was only disclosed originally after a lot of unanswered emails). Real companies do not put «paid in advance» customers through that stress. If anyone doubts this, I have the very few actual emails that this company sent me… Glad to send copies to you. You can then be the judge if this org is a quality company or not (I say not). Again, buyer beware.

Great experience with Spoiled Travel! I just got back from an amazing girls weekend to the Santa Barbara Coast! Thanks to Sarah it was seamless and she was able to coordinate several different itineraries through LA with no problem at all. We had a blast and absolutely loved the Biltmore Hotel. She seems to have amazing ideas for International travel so I will definitely be using her services for any upcoming trips both big and small!

I was referred to Sarah from some coworkers of I. I’ve previously had a pretty poor experience with travel planners from past jobs, but this trip was flawless and has re-​instilled my faith in their abilities. My trip was to Barcelona and went off pretty much without a hitch. She had my itinerary nailed down, i felt in absolute control, and she worked with me regularly to work out what activities i wanted to do. I’m kind of difficult to work with since I really can’t stand boring sightseeing, but she was able to get me with some pretty good tour groups that were more active. Most important, she saved me the time of having to try to figure any of that out on my own, in an unfamiliar place. Highly recommended, and I’ll be using her again for Thailand later this year!

Some close friends of mine recommended Sarah after they booked a few trips through her… and I’m pleased to say that I’ve already had two amazing experiences thanks to her. I booked a bachelor party/​snowboarding trip last month to Whistler/​Blackcomb in Canada — thanks to Sarah we saved money on our amazing hotel rooms and stayed right in the village area for much less than we found on our own. She provided me with all kinds of useful information on different excursions that we could do while out there and gave me tips on where to dine and where the best happy hours were as well. Needless to say… it was a very successful trip!
I called her a few weeks later to book a trip for my girlfriend and I to go to Cabo and she arranged another unbelievable experience for me. I tried doing my own research online before contacting her, but once again she had all of the information I could find and then an unbelievable amount more that really helped us make the most of our trip.
If anyone can help you plan an unforgettable vacation it is Sarah!

Sarah at Spoiled Travel booked my boyfriend and I on the most unforgettable trip to Santorini Greece with the most romantic hotel anyone could dream of, she worked quickly as I gave her extremely short notice of needing a hotel room. We stayed at the Kapari Natural Resort Imerovigl, Santorini. It was unreal. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a perfect getaway or vacation and need help figuring it all out.

I have been to 24 countries and almost every single time, Sarah has pinpointed somewhere unique and amazing to visit that I wouldn’t ever have found on my own.
Sarah takes the stress out of traveling by taking care of every single detail — from transportation to and from the hotel, to subway and bus schedules, to foods to eat, opening and closing times of popular monuments/​museums/​and parks, and even where the best brothels are. I will always go to Sarah for my travel plans from now on. Sarah booked our trip to the Greek Islands and Paris. She booked all our flights, ferries, and ground transportation, so we never had to search or wonder how we would get to our next location.
All the hotels she picked for us were not only top notch, but also were in desirable locations. I recommend her highly, especially if you are going somewhere far. She not only booked all our accommodations, but she also included recommendations in the itinerary she sent us. Our trip was magical. Thanks Sarah!

Another successful trip planned by Sarah! This time she took over planning my girlfriend’s bachelorette party. Not only did she find us an amazing hotel with amazing rates (even over the Labor Day weekend), she helped us find all the best hot spots in town. We had a great time and it was all thanks to her!

Bottom line– Sarah is great, and you should use her. My friend and I just got back from a 2-​week vacation to Istanbul, Athens, and the Greek Isles Santorini and Mykonos. We had a fabulous time, and Sarah’s value became most evident once we were on the trip.
All of the hotels she chose for us were very nice– 4 and 5 stars. The Istanbul and Athens hotels were in walking distance to the major landmarks, which made it very convenient for us, reducing the need for extra transportation. The place in Santorini– Altana Traditional Houses– was unbelievable. The spectacular views, the quaint rooms, and the hospitality of the owner/​staff all made it our favorite place. As for Mykonos, we were happy to find that the resort was away from the crazy, loud party areas so we could relax at the end of our trip.
Sarah charged $ 50/​person up front for her to start putting together our itinerary, but so long as we booked with her, it just got absorbed into the flight fees, so essentially it didn’t cost us anything extra to use her services. We gave her our budget, and she stuck to it and planned a fabulous trip as mentioned above.
As I said, overall she is great and I would recommend her, but I took off one star for some little things we came across during the planning of the trip. For example, we had been interested in a day tour of Istanbul. She sent us links for two companies, but one didn’t even offer a day tour, only longer tours. The one remaining charged $ 265/​person– I was thinking day tour as like 8 hrs, but turned out when we asked for more info, it was only 4 hrs, so of course we didn’t book it.
Sarah explained after that since she wasn’t as familiar with the companies in Istanbul, she only wanted to recommend ones that had stellar reputations. I appreciate that, but I couldn’t help but feel that we may have been better served getting info for a company that had gotten great reviews on Trip Advisor or the like, and Sarah just giving us that caveat and letting us decide.
So again, minor frustrations in the course of the planning of the trip, but once on the trip we appreciated Sarah’s expertise in finding us great places to stay, coordinating transportation between each stop, and planning the stops in an order that maximized our enjoyment and relaxation.

If I could give Spoiled Travel a 6^th star, I would happily do so! We used Spoiled Travel to plan our honeymoon, and for all of you that have gotten married you can understand what a stressful time weddings can be. However, the planning of our honeymoon and working with Sarah at Spoiled Travel was one of the stress free, bright spots during our entire wedding planning time period. Sarah gave us great suggestions for places to go and things to do, but the amazing part is that each place she recommends is a personal recommendation for a place that she had visited herself. Sarah not only gave us wonderful suggestions for travel destinations, but she also listened to us in order to figure out what types of places we would enjoy. Working with Spoiled Travel was a pleasure and my favorite part about working with Spoiled Travel is the personal touch Spoiled Travel gives each of their clients. Sarah is extremely organized and she would send us customized itineraries and documents along with hand written letters and notes to not only get us prepared for our honeymoon, but to also get us excited for our adventure!
For those that are curious, my wife and I went to Santorini, Greece for our honeymoon, and it is easily the best vacation and the best place I have ever been to in my life. Nothing beats the hot beaches, cold Greek beer, and friendly people.

I recently worked with Sarah at Spoiled Travel to book a family trip to Maui. The trip she arranged for us was absolutely amazing and affordable.
She helped with everything from the resort to excursions, restaurants, flight and car rentals!
The resort was unbelievable. It was a 3 bedroom condo on the beach — Honua Kai. It really could not have been better. Everything in the condo was top class. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us and we were all able to do what we wanted on this trip. We had SUCH a great time.
Sarah recommended a snorkel trip to Molikini which was my favorite of the trip. She also sent us to the best luau and helped us map the best hiking spots. It was a perfect way to spend a week with my family.
I’m definitely booking my next trip with Sarah!
