Iam disappointed in their employees, there is this girl named keosha who packs up the groceries and pre judges people. Me and my friend went in to buy flowers for her moms bday and she was just looking at us all the time until we left. she also threw the cake we bought into the bag ruthlessly very disappointed.

Conveniently next to in-n-out. I would give this 3 stars but will subtract 2 stars due to their crappy jalapeño bagel quality. In years past, this Vons had wonderful bagels, but the last few years, they suck. Instead of jalapeño slices, they now use jalapeño bits. And in the past where the cheese was so plentiful as to cover the hole, there is now barely any cheese on it. My toes make more cheese in September than what’s on their jalapeño cheese bagel. Don’t believe me? Look at the photos. Now, this isn’t happening across ALL Vons. The Vons in West LA on National and Sepulveda has some of the best bagels I’ve seen. See my review of that store coming shortly after this review. The Hermosa Beach Vons jalapeño bagel is hit or miss though. However, I will never pay for bagels here until they start looking more tasty. Is it the area? Are the people here not as picky? This apathy for the Jalapeño bagel must end now! And not just during the election year, but midterms too.

this is just SAD. their way of fixing this vons jail looking women restroom looks like this, folks. look at my pics. having to see this eye sore every time and no better improvements looks extremely bad for the management here. such a ghetto and hurl restroom here.(gag) vons headquarters office is in alhambra, california. why am I not surprised? SMH going in and SMH coming out.

It’s a grocery store. Their prices aren’t that great in comparison to Ralph’s or albertsons, but it is okay. This review is mostly for the sushi. Granted, I get that you shouldn’t have high hopes for sushi from a grocery store, but this was literally the worst sushi I have EVER had. The rice itself made me want to gag. Didn’t even satisfy my sushi craving… It made it go away completely. I no longer crave sushi after this trial by fire. :(

Closes at 10pm. Transient hangout. My first experience with this store two thugs being arrested right out front. Homeless people squatting in the parkinglot.

Thank you Sam for being the best. He is always cheerful and really loves his job and helping people. Sam assisted me in getting a better price on some can beverages. The wording on the sale was a little misleading. But Sam came to the rescue and explained what I needed to do to obtain the sale price. I can appreciate someone who knows their stores sales items. Thank you Sam.

The manager at the deli is just the rudest and most obnoxious person. I was buying chicken today and she reprimands a worker in front of me. Sad thing is, the guy helping me was so nice and great at customer service. I come into the store all the time so I hear her all the time talking so loud. So unprofessional! I’m surprised she’s still there since there’s a high turn over rate at this store. The union is definitely working well. I would have said something to her, but I don’t think it would have mattered. I would have mentioned it to ian the mgr there, but not to sure if it would have made a difference. She needs to transfer already. She doesn’t know what good customer service is!

THANKYOU Gabby in Bakery I met her by accident and we started a conversation in the store reg Coconut Cake I shared with her that the Ralph’s store brand cake was delicious and she ask me to give their cake a try next time around. I took her up on the offer and had her make me one and I must say not to bad :) It is a single layer vs Ralph’s that is double but Gabby but her EXTRASPECIALTOUCHONMYSINGLELAYERCOCONUTCAKE. What GREAT customer service keep up the great job. Also if you need something extra special that you don’t see in bakery I’m pretty sure Gabby can make it for you.

Everytime I come to this store its always clean and the staff is friendly. Whatever product I need is there with the exception of some Mexican products, but that’s alright sometimes you can’t have everything in one store that would be unheard of and ridiculous. Finally if you’re craving some bakery this place has some good and fresh sweets that are delicious and well baked.

Clean market. Well stocked. I have other markets closer to my home but I still drive to this market. Staff is very helpful too.

Went shopping on April 3rd and purchased some lobster cages. When I got home to bake them they had expired on March 31. Apparently nobody is checking expiration dates on the seafood items. Other than that the rest of the shopping was fine

We often have dance competitions are the Centinella Valley Center for the Arts across the street. During the breaks, we spread out into the plaza looking for places to eat at and for coffee shops nearby. There is a STARBUCKSCOFFEE inside the Vons. They are nice, but they were talking about how annoyed they were that they were suddenly getting busy because of the dance comp. Isn’t making money the purpose of having a profitable business??? Nevertheless, they make great SB cappuccinos with half and half per our request. You can also use your SB card to earn points.

I come here for 5 $ Fridays at times and for the indoor Wells Fargo, I don’t shop here more often because there always seems to be only one cashier on duty and a long line. They tend to have good wine prices and awesome sales but I get discouraged by the lack of cashiers more often than not.

I was just there. The cashier was too busy talking to a girl or his gf. Totally ignored customers, not even a hi or thank u, what a worst supermarket ever… I will never ever going back there. Also I got a Starbucks from that location, their employee are too busy talking to one another and also ignored their customer. The manager needs to step up cuz obviously his/her staff is just terrible. What a shame!

I come here only for starbucks and wine. The cashiers are friendly. The good news is that they also have a wells Fargo branch in store a huge plus for you multi taskers. The deli serves fresh sandwiches so stop in on your lunch break and the bakery has them fresh at 4pm.

Used to live around the corner from here for 5 years. Moved six miles away, still come somewhat often. Good variety, fresh products. Well lit and maintained. Huge parking lot. Always has what I need, well stocked. Low prices. A good grocery store. That’s pretty much it.

I have an application on my Iphone that allows me to view all the weekly flyers from all the supermarkets in my area. I am always on the search for the best deals on fruit and found that 3LBS of Strawberries were on sale at Vons for $ 2.98 with a Club Card. I do not normally shop at Vons but figured I would this day. This Vons happened to be in the same area that I was passing through. I walked in and observed this Vons to be very large. This Vons had a Coinstar in its lobby as well as a Starbucks. This Vons also had a little deli and bakery. I was looking around for an application for a Club Card toward the front of the store. The Manager asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and I had a Club Card within 1 minute. I am a little sketchy about giving out my real info on these club cards so I may or may not have given them the right information. I walked into the produce section and selected the two basket of strawberries totaling 6LBS. I walked up to the register and paid for my items and saved $ 10.04 on my purchase. I save a dollar here & there and at the end of the year it all adds up. If and when this Vons has future deals on items that I want or need I will come back but other than that there are markets closer to my House. This Vons has a HUGE parking lot. If you are looking for the application on your Iphone for weekly specials it is called Weekly Ads.
