The pretzels are yummy; the staff is yucky! So here’s the deal… It’s wetzels and they have amazing cinnamon bites but the staff here is always so rude. It’s like they hate being alive or something. Sheesh. I endure it, but hate it every time. There is another wetzels in the mall on the 3rd floor but it quite a hike to get there. Also, if you come when it’s slow, ask them to make you a new batch of pretzels because they will absolutely with no hesitation serve you the stale pretzels that have been sitting under the heat lamp for a million hours. Just ask for a new fresh batch.,. While they will have an attitude about they will reluctantly make new fresh ones for you. Good luck! You’ll need it to keep your cool! Haha

I was disappointed by the quality of the«soft» pretzels at this location in the South Bay Galleria mall. The pretzels are usually great — buttery and soft, with just the right amount of salt. But last night was a different story. The pretzels I received were so doughy and overbaked and had so much salt, they were practically inedible. If I had tried them before I left the mall, I definitely would have taken them back. Make sure to try yours before you leave, or you might be in the same situation as I was last night.

What more can I say? An occasional soft pretzel with butter and light salt tickles my fancy. $ 3 and some change gets you one of these goodies. Take advantage of the 2 for $ 5 when offered…
