They fixed my iPhone 6 screen quickly and expertly while I waited (maybe 20 min total). Guy was nice, professional, and cost seemed comparable to other places ($ 119 for glass and Lcd screens, plus $ 10 off with Unilocal coupon). I’d definitely go back.

I spilled a glass of water on my iPhone 6, and ran into this place the following morning. Chris, who was a very nice guy, took a look at it right away, and told me that the damage was not very bad so there would be a high chance that he could repair it.
I was charged $ 45 at this point for the inspection fee or labor fee, and was explained that the price may go higher depending on what he needs to do to repair it.
The same day afternoon he brought my phone back to life after he dried the parts inside. He didn’t charge me extra fees so all I paid was $ 45. He’s such an honest guy. The lady who helped me at the front desk was very friendly too.
I’m glad that I found this place.

Found Wireless Planet here on Unilocal and decided to take my children’s two iPad mini’s in to have them fixed. My daughter had cracked her screen and my sons touch wasn’t working on his ipad! Dropped in on a weekday afternoon, had to fill out a quick form and was given a price quote of $ 119 per iPad. Came back a few days later to find both iPads fixed! My daughters screen was brand spanking new, and my sons iPad had water damage thus the non working touch. Overall, service was excellent, pricing is fair and work done was incredible. Also, they gave me a discount since I had two devices that needed fixing; sweet deal!

Spilled a beer on my MacBook. Apple Store told me my data was irretrievable. David somehow got it all off — including all 20 hours of video of my babies’ first year. I can never thank him enough. Do yourself a favor — don’t bother going to the Apple Store first.

My phone was permanently lock on at&t, and I told then, he said he will charge me 80 for unlock 5s edge, and if don’t work then he will full refund back, I paid and I left for trip out of country after 2 days I receive my cod3 by email but it didn’t work due to my phone was permanently lock, so I email them back and he told me stop by after your trip, after 1 month when I came back, I stop by for refund and right away he refund me full money, very honest and professional service, thank you!

Fantastic minds, service, and prices! This team has helped me on several occasions and they are great. David helped me transfer and install a massive Outlook file (20,000+ emails) from one computer to another and fixed a Microsoft Office malfunction on my PC. Chris has repaired a broken iPhone screen and resuscitated a phone that got wet. If your phone gets wet, skip the rice and take it to them IMMEDIATELY!

Hard drive went out on my MacBook Pro, I didn’t back up my computer, lesson learned, I needed files on my computer. Apple suggested coming to Wireless Planet to have data recovered.
Wireless Planet did the job, dropped of on Thursday done by Friday. Cheaper price than the other places I called. They also relaxed my hard drive with my data on it. Will come back if I need to!

Totally grateful for the amazing customer service! I took my iPhone 6 to have screen repaired/​replaced as it was shattered. They did so quickly and were so friendly. Unfortunately my phone stopped working shortly thereafter. Apple was not able to help and I went back to see if Wireless would but my phone for parts. Less than 30 minutes my phone was working! I asked if I could hug the tech! Truly was so grateful,& since I just placed for screen replacement they did not charge me. He even swapped back
Out my SIM cards and got me back up and running! Recommend 100%!!

So I accidentally threw my phone (iPhone 6) in my dogs water bowl 3 days ago and attempted to blow dry it and etc. I had to switch back over to my 5c with a cracked screen because I don’t have $ 700 to cough up for a new phone. I found this place yesterday and David is literally my hero lol. Verizon told me there’s no way my phone would be back to normal well, here I am typing on that phone thanks to David! I thought I was going to have to borrow money from my mom too because, you know, anything Apple is pricey let alone having to fix it. David was honest about the pricing and it was shockingly affordable (and I’m a starving student). I am so happy with this place I’m going to bring my laptop in next week lol (yes, I break and/​or damage things quite often).

Came here a while back when the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 shattered. Despite the phone being on the market for only a few months at that point, they had the right part to replace it and they were able to fix it in less than an hour. David and Chris were extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed and how to better maintain my phone in the future. They even had Otterboxes (those «life-​proof» phone cases) available to purchase to better protect my phone.
Also FYI for those who like to support local businesses: this shop is owned and operated by a local family.

My iPhone 5’s screen was lifting and I googled the nearest repair shop.
It was super fast and easy to make an appointment online using their website. You can call in as well.
One of the techs popped my phone open and showed me that the reason my screen was lifting was because of the battery. The battery wasn’t dying too fast or anything like that but it was totally bloated! The bloat was pushing the screen upward. The tech fixed my phone within 20 minutes with a new battery.
My screen is no longer lifting and all is well.
The price was reasonable at $ 59.95 and there is a 30 day warranty on the repair. If anything else happens to my phone in the future then I am going to be returning here.

I called the shop to discuss my S3 issue. They were very nice and pleasant. I made an online appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival they immediately started to trouble shoot my phone. With in 5 minutes the tech explained why my phone was running slow and offered me directions how I could resolve. He walked me through a manual back up and reset. I much appreciated the free diagnosis and consult. Will return for future issues.
