Smh. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. CROOKS! Me and my expectant wife rented this place for our baby shower. The space does allow you to bring your own food however the require a $ 200 deposit on top of the rental fee. The $ 200 is for the cleaning fee that they never intend to give back. After our event we spent 2hrs dumping and cleaning the entire run down venue. 2 days later after numerous calls and voicemails to «Claudia» (the person in charge) trying to track down the status of our deposit she responded with 2 photos– of 4 balloons that fell from the ceiling and a 1 cupcake hidden behind blinds as for reason to keep our entire $ 200 deposit. Claudia is very unprofessional. Prior to our event she replied to our text with «I don’t have time to wait for you All day» I am a volunteer that needs to be with my family”. Over the phone she was very nice, after finding out we were an interracial couple she treated us like criminals and children. If you want to be sold a fairytale too good to be true venue over the phone before you pay, then get chastised and harassed by Claudia about everything you can’t do (like use tape or touch carts) after you pay, then get ignored and given the run around when it’s time to refund your deposit then this is the place for you!

Hall For Rent: This is a wonderful place for small parties, meetings or classes. Highly recommend calling Vicki at 310−316−9766 to reserve. Beautiful historical building!
