Love it here. Eyebrows are always perfect when I leave here. The staff isn’t very friendly, but they do a great job.

Never again. I came here for eyebrow threading because it was convenient to my house and my usual threading place is over fifteen minutes away. It looked okay when I gave it a glance in the mirror but once I got home I saw patches of hair that were missed all over the place and several long hairs that needed to be trimmed. Worst of all the eyebrows didn’t even match and I just spent another ten minutes fixing it myself. I cannot recommend this place and definitely will not be returning, especially since it cost 4 dollars more than my usual place and they didn’t even apply the gel for me, they handed it to me on a cotton ball and told me to do it myself. My usual threaders massage the soothing gel onto your brows for you, complete with a mini massage around your brows and temples. Now I know for sure it is worth the drive for better results.

So I found Syeda in Orange County when she was working at their Ziba location. I live in Santa Monica but my office is in Anaheim so I would pop in when I was in her area. One day I go in and found out they moved her to West Side Pavilion. Just my luck I live 4 miles away!!! Again we resumed our bi monthly visits! A few years later I go in and she was moved again to South Bay Galleria. Now that’s a stretch… I tried so many places in Santa Monica but NO ONE took care of me and my daughters brows like SYEDA!!! She’s amazing! We are driving 20 miles each way from Santa Monica to see her and let me tell you it is totally worth every bit in traffic! She is so detailed, patient I love her work! Trust me when I say trust Syeda with my brows and my 13 year old!

A couple weeks ago I went in for my eyebrows and from her suggestion ended up having my legs waxed, too. She did a fantastic job and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be going back to her from now on!

I Love the henna I got super cuter do affordable. I definitely recommend getting henna by Bharaven !

I’ve been coming here for a few months and forget to leave a review. I go to Syeda and she never disappoints! I always get complimented on my eyebrows and it’s all thanks to her. It can get real busy at times but it’s worth it. You can also put your name down and do some shopping mean while your name is being called!!! Recommend this place and Syeda

First off, if you click directions from the Unilocal link, it will take you to Mathews Avenue, which is not where Ziba is located. Ziba is in the South Bay Galleria on the 3^rd floor next to Nordstrom.
I came here on a Saturday, and it was not crowded. I was told my wait was about ten minutes. I think most people put their name down and then walk around the mall for a bit instead of waiting inside Ziba, so you may be misled to think your wait time is shorter than it is.
I have been to the Ziba location in the Topanga mall, where I have had positive experiences. Here, my brow artist (and I forget her name) spent about 5 minutes on my brows and then told me to come back in a few weeks. She didn’t do a very good job, but she didn’t mess up my eyebrows either. Hence, the three stars.
I did like that the receptionist gave me a stamp card without me asking. 12 punches and your 13^th visit is free. Brows are $ 12. They also have a happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays 2pm-​5pm for $ 9.

My first LA brow place was Ziba over at the Westside Pavilions. I was happy with Ziba, but ended up moving out of the area and had to change it up to Shapes Brow Bar. While Shapes was okay, I’m very happy to be attending Ziba again for my threading needs. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve seen a different threadologist (I know it’s not a real word, but it should be) and I’ve never been disappointed. That is HUGE. I trust so few people with my brows after having so many mishaps with others, so for me to be able to walk into this joint and see anyone and walk out happy? Well, that is unheard of.
I definitely only try to come here on Mondays or Tuesdays during their happy hour (2 – 5) because, let’s face it, brows ain’t cheap and I usually do a brow/​upper lip combo. The $ 12 price for the combo during Happy Hour is definitely an incentive and to know that it’ll be done by quality Threaders is even more of a bonus.
It gets crazy packed here on the weekends. Like ridiculous, so come in, check-​in and take a walk around the mall for a while or else you’ll have to wait.
Make sure to check-​in on Unilocal because you get a free lip gloss when you do!

The quality of work has dropped. My experience their keeps getting worse. Plus the prices are high. I’m no longer a fan. This was my go to place for eyebrow for years.
