We have a gorgeous pool and were having problems with the chlorine generator. We heard from several people that John Rangel-owner of Clearline Pool Service in RWC was the person to call. He came out and accessed the situation fairly quickly and accurately on the first visit. A week later, he arrived to install the parts he had ordered, and completed the job for us. He even took time to advise my husband to better ventilate our pool equipment shed! We gratefully thanked him and strongly recommend his company’s service.

well if I looked and listen to those reviews from 4 – 5 years ago I would have never called them but first the receptionist was very good, told me when they service my area and the owner John came and did a great job. The company, Pentair, gave me their name as one of 3 companies in our area that service the highly technical Pentair systems. I don’t think they would recommend them if they didn’t feel they knew their stuff.
No complaint from us. They will be out every 3 months so if anything changes I will update the review.

We inherited this service provider when we bought our new home in Redwood City. We were paying them $ 100/mo. to maintain our pool. They never in 8 months cleaned out any of the 4 filters and recently these guys just stopped coming… Oh, their invoices for $ 100 came like clockwork.
Our pool recently turned GREEN! I know that we were on time in paying our bills because we had it on autopay through our bank.
We recently got a new pool service to start and they checked the Ph levels and found that there were no chemicals what-so-ever in our pool. He emptied out all of our filters and the pool circulation went up considerably.
DO NOT USE CLEARLINE POOLS unless you want to turn your pool into a green Algae pond for biofuel creation.

After having our pool resurfaced, we used Clearline Pool to startup our pool. They did get the chemistry correct, but never finished with cleaning the filters etc.
Luckily I was paying attention to what was being done, and when they wanted payment I refused until they completed the job. The response from them was they are too busy to finish and to reduce the original quote by $ 100.
I would use caution before having them commit and start a project
