I tried to leave a designer suitcase at the drop-off point. I suspected the staff would be less than pleasant, so I left it inside the gate and started to get in my car. The attendant tested the wheels for what must have been two seconds, determined that a wheel was broken(NO wheels were broken), and get this: HEPROCEEDEDTOFOLLOWMETOMYCAR, OPENMYCARDOOR, ANDCHUCKITINTHEBACKSEAT, CRUSHINGMYPOCKETBOOK!(no permission from me to touch my car, whatsoever) So if you think this is good customer, try the drop-off site. Me thinks not.

I had a carful of stuff left over from a garage sale and was determined not to put it back in my garage. Stopped by here on a Sunday morning, the truck is very visible on the El Camino side of the parking lot but I didn’t see the attendant right away. When I did find him he was polite, told me to pull my car up and readily took the 4 – 5 boxes of stuff I had then gave me a receipt.

I thought the dropoff would be a great idea but the jerk who works the drop-off truck is a rude, first class… A. Never thought I’d be Unilocaling Goodwill. Get rid of the guy. From now on, my kids’ clothes go elsewhere until the A.H. is gone.

This is a donation site only. It is a trailer located in the Chavez Market parking lot on the Shell station not the Baleen school side. They will take unlimited amounts of stuff(unlike Menlo Park goodwill which only takes 3 bags).
