I visited on a Saturday to look at doors and handles. The employee told me that they didn’t sell doors on Saturdays and gave me the biz card of their sales rep. I called him 3 times, talked to him but he was always too busy, left my phone number, gave him the products I’m interested in. No call back.

We visited this place because they also sell windows. Everyone was nice and answered our questions so we asked them to come out and give us a quote. They didn’t show up to 2 times and when they finally did everything seemed quick and easy. We waited and waited and after numerous calls and extreme patience we got the quote 4 weeks later. Total price for 10 casement windows 16,000 dollars with no install.
We’ve had 2 quotes since then with similar window styles at 6700 and 6300 with install and stucco.

Everyone is so friendly. Their new store front is awesome and reduces the running around I have to do. Nicole is my favorite, she makes the experience fun and has great customer service! The new location is much more maneuverable than the last.
