Business Owner

Katherine R. Moore over 15 years of experience handling premises liability, general negligence, motor vehicle accidents and personal injury cases from both a plaintiff and defense perspective.

Ms. Moore is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ms. Moore has tried numerous general negligence and premises liability cases to jury verdict in five northern California counties including San Benito, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and San Mateo and resolved a multitude of cases in favor of defendants by mediation, arbitration and motion for summary judgment.

A native of Illinois, Ms. Moore attended Loyola University of Chicago graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1991.
