Peter B. Diaz, CPA is a San Francisco Bay Area Native raised in Menlo Park, California. He lives in Redwood City with his wife Lana and their Golden Retriever, «Harley.» He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of Tax Experience. His Tax Practice caters to businesses of all sizes and individual taxpayers. He holds a Masters in Taxation Degree From Golden Gate University and Undergraduate Degree in Accounting & Business From San Diego State University. He’s served over 10 years as Corporate Tax Director for two global publicly traded corporations and started his career with the Accounting Firm of Deloitte & Touché. Services provided by Peter include: tax consulting; tax return preparation for corporations, S-​corps, LLCs and partnerships; business tax planning and structuring of deals; entity formation consulting; IRS audit representation; year-​end personal tax planning; stock-​option-​exercise planning, planning for real estate transactions and 1031 exchanges.
