RCCDP is a child development program serving working families and parents in training. We provide a comprehensive child development program which helps children’s successful integration and participation in the family, school, and community. We offer a safe, developmentally appropriate, bilingual learning environment that meets the needs of each child as an individual and as a group member.

History

Established in 1985.

The Redwood City Child Development Program (RCCDP) is a private non-​profit program funded by the California State Department of Education, Federal Food Program, and parent fees. The center, established in 1985, is housed in the Fair Oaks Community Center and is supported by the City of Redwood City. RCCDP is licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services to provide education and care for up to 86 children ages 1 – 5 years.
