Very easy move in process, with helpful staff in the front office and on the premises. Storage unit is exactly what I need and at competitive pricing. Location is a huge plus!

I have been a customer here for about 3 years. Convenient location, well maintained, well lit, Customer service is excellent. Competitive pricing. I really like the annual «garage sale» too.
What more could you ask for in a storage facility?

I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen named John and he was so helpful during our conversation. He helped me select the perfect storage unit for my office’s needs. Later that day I went to their office and met him and Alma who were just lovely. Very professional, helpful and kind. The process was fast and easy and the attendant who drove me to show me the unit was very nice and helpful too. The whole experience was so pleasant and fast and easy!!! Plus they are the only business in the area that offers a forklift service in assistance with heavy items plus free usage of dolly and other items. Very clean facility and overall fantastic!

I had a really fantastic experience renting a storage unit from Saf Keep. They actually helped me move in to my storage unit, included a truck rental for one day as well and were always extremely friendly. I didn’t have many interactions with them after move in, but I walked away with a great impression. Not to mention, I found their prices very reasonable and location easy to access. I highly recommend!

I just moved my things in, but so far so good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the space is well maintained, and the price was great. Plus they have a truck you can use to move in for only a $ 15 insurance charge.

E-​mailed for more information on a unit. Received a call back the next day and was offered a deal with a year long contract commitment. The facilities are clean, use of their truck is a bonus!

This review is about management. One of the managers there gives horrible customer service, his approach towards customers is just plain rude. He really needs to improve his communication skills because the way he talks to customers makes them feel uncomfortable and upset.

The staff here are really nice. They are knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is neat. The prices are reasonable. Would recommend for sure.

This place is great. John and Alma are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone, and especially to students.

Saf Keep is AMAZING. Seriously, the best.
The facilities are probably comparable to most other mid-​range storage places, but the service is what sets them worlds above the rest. I was impressed by how organized everything was, the rental process was incredibly smooth, they sold reasonably priced locks if you forgot to bring one of your own (ahem, me), and they were just generally friendly and accommodating.
Would highly recommend and use them for all of my future storage needs.

I stopped by here to get boxes and packing supplies for an upcoming move. John was SO nice and easy to work with — they went out of their way to put all my supplies in my car for me, gave me a small discount and even threw in an extra mattress bag I had expressed interest in. I would definitely go here again if I needed anything. Professional, informative and really nice guys.

Never have needing to rent a storage unit, I had no idea what the price range was. After doing some research I found saf storage and their costs were alot more reasonable then other places by far. The staff was very nice & accommodating & I even got to win a prize. They have elevators, dollys & 24hr security. Couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect.

I was sharing a space with my Sister for several years when we had a business together… now I have gotten my own space to downgrade. The office was very helpful. Everything was done quickly. The facility is very clean, secure and easy to get in and out of.

This is by far «the» best storage facility we have ever had since we drove across country from Washington, DC. As a former military family, the first thing we noticed was Old Glory flying Free and Proud, symbolizing Patriotism and Dedication to Excellence.
The next thing we noticed about this well planned out storage facility was the convenience of the keypad; easily accessible without getting out of your vehicle. Something small like that isn’t noticeable until it’s raining.
The next clear indication that this facility was a well-​run machine was the men’s and women’s restrooms. They are consistently kept clean and available up until the facility closes, «not» just during office hours.
Management and staff are both professional, articulate, and friendly.
Each unit is exceptionally insulated and security conscious.
For years we wasted our money at Public Storage and heard horrendous stories of other folks having their lockers broken into. While our lockers at Public Storage were never broken into, our light bulb completely came out of its housing, leaving us no available light at night, only to be told by the district manager («Numb Skull») that light bulbs and bathrooms were a «courtesy,» not «Public Storage obligation.» If you compare Saf Keep Storage to the best, most-​efficiently-​run storage facilities, you will absolutely find it at the top of the list.
Their location manager, John Bauer, is as sharp as a «three line whip» and can solve any problem expeditiously, with a smile, and a genuine concern for the customer.
This place is sincerely exceptional.

This was my first time using Saf Keep storage but I was really impressed with the professionalism they showed. The overall process to get a unit was extremely easy and the fact that they offered a moving truck was a big plus.

My husband and I were looking for a local storage facility that was safe and easily accessible, and came across Saf Keep. The facility is well laid out, and all units we’ve seen there are extraordinarily clean, secure, and high quality overall. An additional safety feature; having to punch-​in your «code» at the security gate when both entering and leaving the facility. We also got a great price compared to other facilities we checked out.
We experienced superb customer service from John Bauer, Area Manager during the sign-​up process.
