This place is ghetto to the max run by ghetto minimum wage office workers that graduated from Google university with law and detective degrees apparently. Completely ghetto tactless trash that worKs there. Do NOT let these people treat you. I wouldn’t even trust them to bag my groceries. I filed a complaint with healthnet and the woman that took my complaint said the trash that works here refused to even give their names to her and she’s never had to deal with people so rude and awful. You know that feeling of secondhand embarasment when people on court shows try to use big words to sound smarter but it’s just cringworthy? Thats how it feels talking to this office staff. Seriously don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
