Established in 2008.

After many years in all phases of construction we decided to go out on our own. We felt like our customers should get a quality product at a great price. Working for other companies left us with no control over that. So we started Top Quality builders and have been doing that every since.

I have been working in the construction industry for 10 years building residential and high end custom homes. I learned from a guy who was known for building a product that was above the norm. I took the qualities he taught me and formed my own framing company called J. F Framing. the problem was all the home builders expected fast paced, low quality homes that cost a fortune. I want my customers to get what they pay for and that wasn’t it. When I call it a day, i want to know that i made someone’s dreams come true.
