Since it’s charter in 2001, The Excelsior Group, LLC has been providing it’s clientele with a variety of services related to Surveying and Land Planning. Matthew M Filus, Principal Surveyor of The Excelsior Group, LLC has been directly involved in the Land Surveying and Civil Engineering professions since 1987. Matthew has been licensed as a Professional Surveyor in the States of Wisconsin and Iowa since 1993 and 1999, respectively.
