If you ask them if they do it, they say no– they have a new container for each client. Come on, containers cost more than wooden spatulas.

By far the worst place to go to get your haircut. VERY RUDE people. I went there to get my hair cut short. I showed her a picture once and she said okay starts cutting my hair it came out too long then what I wanted so I told her to cut it shorter. She starts snipping away I told her to stop and showed her the picture again she accused me of showing her a different picture. I started to cry and just told her to stop cutting my hair and that I want to pay and leave. I left with tears and called my mom. My mom forced me to go back and get my money because it’s not what I wanted and nowhere close to what I imagined. I went back asking for a manager or a person in charge… Apparently they don’t have anyone in charge and everyone is their own manager. The woman who cut my hair as my mom told me her name might be «Ira». She said I’m a money hungry person and blamed the fact that I did not cut my hair for 4 years so it came out looking like what she did. She gave me a picture book and said why didn’t i come in and pick something from here. I did not know they only cut haircuts from the book apparently… I did get my money back but I was told to go shove it.

The lady who does manicure-​pedicure is good. Although, she does not speak perfect English and have heavy accent, you can get a good service and nice paint. It is one of my pleasures when I go back to Queens which is not a rare occasion. One of the things I like in NYC, but I don’t like NYC anymore.

Can’t say it was my best experience. Went in for a full face thread and the lady cut my upper lip. Great timing! Month of December before my vacation and holiday parties. I wish they would train people better before just hiring.

This place is amazing! Threading is just like I get it back home in egypt, even better Samira is great at it. Got my hair done as well very professional. It’s my new beauty spot they they also do your nails! It’s all in one beauty pampering.

This place is great! unfortunately I don’t live as close to it as I used too. This place was never located at this spot it used to be much farther up and even more hidden than it is now. I have been coming here since I’ve been 14. I come here whenever I can to get my eyebrows done. Almost everyone in this place does eyebrows great (except for the Russian women… she always rushes and leaves left over hairs). Never have I ever had a complaint about my eyebrows when anyone else has done them.
Like she wrote below, you’d never find this place. its hidden and looks like a jewelry store from the outside (because its half of a crappy jewelry store and half nail and eyebrows).
Pricing: eyebrows $ 6, lip $ 5 (nails and wax not sure)
Service: good and never much of a wait
The place is clean so I don’t have any complaints about it being dirty.

Hidden Gem! Service is great everyone is friendly and I love getting my eye brows done with Samira she’s so sweet and does an amazing job, I would know since I’ve been to numerous salons in Jackson Heights! I am surprised this place hasn’t been rated yet !
