Well, well! First time Thai food from fast food Chinese place. Not bad at all !!! Soup: Tom Ka Gai(chicken& mushroom w/coconut milk etc.) Tom Yum Seafood soup clear. Aver all taste good, no difference between two, didn’t feel any coconut in it. Main dish: Scallops Massaman curry — mild dish with coconut and curry potato and peanuts. Very delicate and we both love it. Royal PAd Thai vegetables. Noodles it self was very good, after all dish not so… Plane and boring, luck of flavor. Defiantly we like Thai food from this Place.

My favorite chinese takeout in Queens hands down. Tasty food, generous portions and perfectly steamed vegetables(most take out places in QNS seem to have soggy broccoli). I have been a fan of Spring Garden for years. The service is fast(but not so fast you wonder if the food is fresh) and the people at Spring Garden are friendly and helpful and seem to take pride in each order. Great dumplings and their beef dishes are my favorites. These photos are of chicken.

I am actually surprised that this place has ANY reviews. I was sure I would be the first, since it is literally a hole in the wall. Occasionally the chefs scream at each other in Chinese and one time, I came in and the man behind the counter had a black eye. Chinese food can be serious business. This is a hole in the wall, but it does serve up traditional NYC Chinese Food– aka fried chicken and french fries, along with dumplings and general tso’s bean curd, so yes, I eat there frequently. It’s bad, but it’s nice that within one block of this location there are a few ethnic choices, though most are sub-par.
