Would give zero stars if that were an option. Spent 45 min buying an iPhone while the salesman tried to sell me everything under the sun… TV service, home wifi, security systems… All while I’m in contracts with other companies for those services. Tried to «save me» money by consolidating my data plan. I’ve been a customer for well over 15 years and have all unlimited options, a plan that is no longer available. I made it clear that I was not altering that plan. I got home and found that my unlimited data plan had been changed to a 3G plan. Spent countless minutes online with customer service trying to get my plan back. Still waiting on call backs from AT&T customer service and the store assistant manager bc there is no store manager currently. Poorly run store. Extremely frustrating experience based upon incompetence.

If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Came in to purchase 2 new iPhones, waited for 2 hours. About ½ hour into the wait we were informed that it would be about 15 minutes. No updates from any staff, the manager finally came out of her hole 5 minutes before closing time and rather than apologizing was agitated and said«I’m here and I’m suck what do you want me to do?»
