Although a new kid on the proverbial block, owner Rob Stitt brings the experience of 3 successful restaurant endeavors, and co/owner Matt Sprenkle has been making people laugh and slinging gin in Rehoboth for over a decade.

Robert S.
Business Owner
Rob is a talented, self-taught chef, but sticks his nose in all the other facets of the business as well.
He established Eden in 1997, Taste in 2003, Bayside BarBq in 2009, and has participated in the opening of 10+ other dining establishments in the Rehoboth Beach area and elsewhere.
He is in the kitchen at all times to make sure his guests have an experience above and beyond their expectations.
