Business Owner

Lili Oller, founder and CEO of Tiger Lili Boutiques, was born and raised in the Republic of Panama. She came to the United Sates at the age of 17 and now she and her family make their home in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

​Lili prides herself on hand selecting edgy and authentic clothing and accessories that women are seeking.

Lili competed, and won, the title Mrs. Delaware America in 2008 where she was the first Latina to represent Delaware at the Mrs. America pageant.

Tenacity and perseverance define her as a business leader. When she’s not working in her stores and raising her children. Lili travels to Zambia Africa where she supports an orphanage and empowers upcoming entrepreneurs with their startup businesses.

She is a board member of Shore Hatchery at the Perdue School of Salisbury University, volunteers countless hours for the committee for the couture and class fashion show hosted by Delaware Technical & Community College, which supports Global Understanding, a foundation f
