Used this company due to a recommendation from their family member. I should have checked the reviews first. Communication was poor. They did not show up on scheduled day and I had to call for 2 days to be told, they were sorry, and would send someone out the next day. That should have been my warning not to use them. The decision made about cutting my tree was not communicated with me. I had asked to have a branch removed by my neighbor’s antenna and to remove the branches over my roof to make it safer. The branch was removed by my neighbor’s but the others close to their house was left there. They cut the lowest branches over my roof and left all the others over my roof. There are still dead brances that keep breaking and falling. I was not at home when the estimate was given and the communication as to what would be cut was absent. Maybe I expected too much. Getting calls returned took multiple attempts. All I can say is, check reviews before you buy. Trying to save money will only cost you more in the end. Would not do business with them again.
