These guys are awesome! I have used them twice to re key my townhouse so I called them for my new home to be re keyed. I had to reschedule twice and they were so understanding. Their prices were on point. I also did not have matching brand locks and they explained to me what to look for when buying the new set to match. The technician came on time and was very friendly. I will definitely use them again!!!

Very disappointed. Travis needs to learn some manners and to not mouth off at the customers. I can understand someone having a bad day but to be rude and unprofessional to a customer is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business.

I have used this business for several years now. The keys they make always work unlike the few I have purchased at Lowe’s and Home Depot.
I needed an extra «transponder» key but didn’t really need all the bells and whistles. They patiently guided me through the options and prices finding the perfect duplicate for me at a very reasonable price.
The fellows working that day were very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business. Plenty of parking in the lot at Shopper’s Square, near IHOP.

We got access to a new commercial space late on Friday and needed to get it secure — re-​key the locks — so we could start moving in over the weekend. I considered doing the work myself using DIY kits, but I needed it done quickly and correctly.
I called Andy’s for a quote to have them come out on Saturday late-​afternoon. The Saturday late-​afternoon trip charge for my location was only $ 10 more than the normal weekday cost, plus a nominal increase for each labor item. It was an easy decision to get our space secure now instead of delaying until Monday.
Andy himself arrived on-​time and ready to go. In the process of reviewing the work to be done he recommended a couple of minimal-​cost upgrades to enhance security (increasing from 5-​pins to 6, and adding an anti-​wrench collar on the main entry). Andy also explained that what we thought was a separately keyed door was really just a high-​quality lock cylinder that was too secure to work with a poorly made duplicate key from a big-​box-​o-​rama store.
The work was completed within an hour, including eight new keys, half stamped as do-​not-​duplicate. The re-​keyed locks are as smooth as butter to turn. I highly recommend Andy’s and have added him to my contact list for any other lock work, including duplicating of keys.

I was having a problem with my lock, no matter how many times I’d try the key would not come out. I dropped the car off at Andy’s. In 30 minutes the key was out and I was on my way. I’d give those guy’s two thumbs up.

When moving into a new place, one of my first actions to to re-​key. Andy’s had an employee drive out on site and take care of the process on a Saturday with little trouble. They did a good job on the keys — they didn’t scrape in the lock barrels at all — it’s nice when they do this right the first time and make sure before they hand you the keys. The employee was polite, came in, did his job, then went on his way when complete with no fuss.

Andy’s is the best in town, period. I’ve done residential, commercial and auto keys with them and they are always great quality and work great. They even had blanks for my 1971 MG Midget! Highly recommended.

This…“family owned” and «family run» Buisness is great and offers honest prices for the services offered.
I took my 2007 Nissan Sentra key into them, yet to their dismay my key was Sooo worn out that everyone was astonished my key even worked! The poor guy grabbed his jacket and ran back and forth between my car and making keys, going through six keys at least before coming to the realization that he was going to have to remove the lock on my car door so that he could make a key to fit exactly the way the lock wants… did I mention my key looked like a shiv?
My key has a chip therefore it was 70 and to take the lock off was 40 making for around $ 115 after tax and such. I can only imagine how much that would have cost at the dealership!
The new key is AMAZING!!! It slides into the ignition like butter and starts wonderfully smooth unlike before, where starting it took a little finesse… now it turns over beautifully!
I’m so glad I decided to go to this local, family owned business to have my key made!

Andy’s lock and key has been a staple for me for years. I learned the hard way not to buy keys from the big hardware stores in town-​there is generally a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance the keys won’t work :/
I have never had any issues with a purchase from Andy’s and their customer service is top notch. They will also tell you super handy information like-​Did you know you aren’t supposed to use the master key that comes with a new lock? That way if you need a new key you have an original un-​worn key to use for a copy. Totally makes sense, right? Why aren’t there PSAs about this kind of thing?
They are in a weird yet oddly convenient location. Support local business AND get a key that works the first time.

These guys are great. I’ll spare you the details, but I did some dumb stuff and they got me fixed up cheap, fast, and without any extra humiliation. Very nice folks.

Five stars for Andy’s Lock & Key! I was having a problem with the ignition lock on my Toyota 4Runner. Having done some research, I knew what the problem was and the best option for fixing it. I called around and got quotes up to 4x higher than Andy’s. Two insisted I needed a high-​dollar replacement, one told me to go purchase it myself at an auto parts store then bring it to him to install for $ 200 (yeah, good luck with that pal), and all needed 24 – 48 hours notice. I called Andy’s and they knew exactly what the problem was and the easiest and least expensive way to fix it. I was told to come in anytime. I went in that afternoon and in less than an hour I was on my way and the lock has been trouble-​free since. Thanks guys… you rock!

This is a great local business. Have done business with them several times a few years ago which is why I went back when a need came up for their services and once again they were outstanding in assisting me with my needs. Andy’s to the rescue!
We truly thank Andy for rescuing our dog Izzy. We accidentally locked Izzy in our car, along with our keys on a hot day. Fortunately a staff member at the hotel had Andy’s number for us. When Andy’s learned there was a dog in an emergency situation they made a special effort to get to us quickly, and once here immediately freed Izzy.
Izzy is fine and we are very grateful.

These guys are boss. I thought my door was busted and they figured it was probably the keys and were totally right. A less honest locksmith would have done something to the door and charged me way more but it ended up being a $ 3 fix.
Can’t beat that kind of honesty!

This is my go-​to place for any key-​issues, and they have been 100% fantastic. I’ve never had a problem with any of the key duplications that they have done (unlike Home Depot). I also had them re-​key my house, and they came out the same day, were quick and professional. Lastly, and most impressive, they essentially had to rebuild my car key. The ignition had chewed it up over time, giving them very little to work with. They kept tweaking it until it worked, which saved me quite a bit of money.
They are always fast, always courteous, always efficient, and always reasonably priced.

The only place that had the right slug in stock to make a copy of our rental van’s key, just so we had extras around while we were at Burning Man. Because, you know, things sometimes get lost in the desert.
