We use top of the line products from AutoMagic to deliver a great detail including– hand wax, vacuum & shampoo, spot removal, buffing, and more!

History

Established in 2011.

Richard Wolff and James Ewing have been close enough friends to be considered family for over five years, and in that time have gained experience in a wide spectrum of motorized vehicular services. They have taken their combined knowledge when it comes to detailing a car to create a company custom fit to maintenance and embellishment that is sure to meet and exceed any and all specifications.

Bought a voucher on Living Social for $ 99 with total value of $ 200. It was for an executive detail. The crew showed up 30 minutes late. I basically got a wash, wax and vacuum. There was no «detail» in the service at all. Many areas of dust and dirt were left. I get equivalent service from terribles or frank town at a much cheaper price. I will not be a return customer.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I left 3 voicemails, finally someone answered by the 4th call. I was told the owner was on vacation and to call back in 2 weeks. I asked for him to schedule me for when he returned and he just rudely said no and to just call back. 3 weeks later the owner said his employee was on vacation and to call back in 2 weeks. I told the owner my issues with trying to schedule. He LOUDLY and RUDELY said there is nothing he can do about it and hung up the phone. I think I dodged a bullet… with customer service like this I can only imagine how poor their work must be!
