I bought my 3rd condo in Reno. Mr. Whitney helped me through the process which was difficult since I am living in CA. He prepared all the paperwork promptly, emailed/​called me to keep me in the loop. His negotiation skills are great and over time I really trusted him; the last 2 condos I bought completely «remote» with no surprises. When I needed a handyman or an AC guy he helped me as well. The buying experience was really great.
I dealt with several realtors but only a few are willing to go the «extra mile», but Mr. Whitney is clearly one of them.

I have owned numerous houses in California and Nevada and dealt with many Realtors. Chris by far has been the best Realtor I have EVER had the pleasure to deal with. I had to sell my Mother’s house quickly and Chris was able to get it sold in 2 days. He is very experienced, responsive and knowledgeable as the house was sold under a Family Trust and he was able to tell me what I needed and the transaction went extremely smooth. Chis is the man! After already getting run around for 6 plus months w/​2 other real estate agents and being locked into a dead end «short sale» for 90 days, Chris found us the perfect house with in a 2 wks and had us locked in and keys in hands 30 days later! How to start, he is personable, well known in his industry and an amazing realtor. My fiancé and I had been looking for over 6 months and had gone through two other realtors. We had been getting listings from him and he personally checked in with me to see if my search criteria had changed, but never pushed to be my realtor. My brother and I owned a piece of property in Reno that had been in my family for 20+ years. This year we decided to sell. We were reluctant, given the emotion attachment we had to a place our entire family called «home». I now live in NM while he (my brother) lives in Reno. Chris is amazing. He’s always in constant contact with his clients which in this market where houses come on the market and instantly have offers on them, is super important. He’s also the most knowledgeable Realtor I’ve met (and I work in an industry that deals with Realtors).

He also helped my parents search for their new home.
