I work in accounts receivable for a small business that sold her over $ 3,000 of merchandise on NET 30 terms. She was supposed to pay this in December 2014. We’ve sent past due notices and emails that she just ignores. When I call her stores, she doesn’t answer the phone because she recognizes my number, she instructs her employees to tell me that she’s not available, or she just hangs up on me. She is rude and obviously has no intention of paying our invoice unless we take legal action.
She has sold all of the merchandise that we sent to her, and yet she refuses to pay for it. That’s criminal. She should be locked away.

I shopped at the midtown store for years and enjoyed going in and talking with the sweet staff and enjoyed spending money at the store. This all changed at the new Summit location. The girls working here are the rudest I have ever come across in all my shopping experience. They ignore you and when they do lower themselves to speak to you they are demeaning and nasty. This includes the «supervisor» who sits behind the counter and gives dirty looks. I feel bad that my daughter and I will no longer be shopping here as I like both the owner and the staff she use to have working for her.

Very poor customer service at the new store. The workers need to get over themselves.

I returned something over two weeks ago and haven’t received a refund. I emailed 3 times and called and left messages and no responses! That’s stealing money!!!

Concepts is the best high-​end boutique in town. The store is in an old house converted into retail space, very chic. They carry all the current trends as well as a lot of basics/​staples. Some of my favorite brands are Sinclair, Free People, Wild Fox, Splendid, and Elizabeth and James. They have the most amazing selection of denim. Check out the shoes in the back, surprisingly they have a lot of affordable options intermingled with higher end items (Frye). Great sidewalk sales; «like» them on FB to get notifications. Items can be pricy; don’t be afraid to ask for a discount on full price item. The girls try their best to work with you (up to 30% in my experience). A couple statement pieces each season go a long way! Stop b Concepts, you won’t regret it.

LOVED THIS PLACE! Found the dress of my dreams and was helped by the friendly Molly. Still dreaming about it. My fiends and I called it «girl heaven»!

This store is kind of hit or miss. I love that they carry brands that other stores in Reno don’t have. However, I think I’ve only bought something a couple of times. Usually when I go in and find something I like I look online before buying it because chances are I can find it on sale somewhere else. I’ve seen one sale going on with just a few items, other than that it seems that everything is full price. Maybe a student discount or a few good sales would be helpful! About half of the times I’ve been in there the girls were very friendly, the other half of the time there’s kind of a «what are you doing here?» vibe, where I feel like I’m awkwardly walking around someone’s house. I never really know what I’m going to get when I go there!

One thing that I have to rave about is the girls that work at both of the Fine ‘n Funky stores (Reno and Tahoe)… they are extremely helpful and truly excited to find the right Style for you. I talked about the vacation that I was going on and the type of environment I normally work and play in. I highly recommend checking them out.
