From the get go, something was «OFF» with this company– but I was in a rush with a move and vacation, I didn’t think much of it. Debra came to take a tour of the house and did not ask any questions of what was needed and said it «wasn’t as dirty as she had seen»
We had our house cleaned with Dream2Clean/​OneRUF while on vacation, after our tenant moved out and we were moving back in when we returned. I was SO excited to come back to a clean fresh house but they did a HORRIBLE job for the $ 500 quote they gave us! I spoke to Lori Shaw (the manager) about it and she then had Debra (the cleaning manager) call me and I gave her the list of everything wrong. It then went into ZERO communication from there between Lori and I until I finally asked what was going on with the result from my unhappiness.
Around the same time we had them clean one of the 65 apartments I manage, to see how that would go when tenants moved out. They did a horrible job there as well and we even had them clean the carpets which did not look or smell cleaned AT ALL. They went back in and still did not clean to our satisfaction.
When all was said and done we did not pay for the carpet being cleaned at the apartment and they did credit money back for the house. This wasn’t until after emails upon emails about our dissatisfaction with their service– which it shouldn’t be that way, this should have been easy!
Being a professional, running multiple businesses– the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Weeks later, I asked where the key to my house was and Lori told me her assistant sent it back to me after the clean. First off, I hadn’t asked for the key back and thought it was safe with them. Flash forward three weeks and I have YET to receive the key and when I asked Lori about it she said «Sorry she did send it but it wasn’t labeled, it will be fine.» But the envelope has my address on it, thanks to them, I get to re-​key my house!
So so so disappointing to put trust in a company, have them not care at all that they did a HORRIBLE job and leave you feeling as if it is your fault you are not happy. Once again the customer should always be right and do yourself a favor, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I had them come to my home to give me a quote to do him either a weekly or biweekly cleaning. I asked them all sorts of questions on the phone about what they do and what chemicals they use and what to expect. Lorie S. on the phone answered all my questions for the most part.
So, they come out and do my quote which includes The kitchen, living room and two bathrooms in a two bedroom apartment. I did not want them clean the bedrooms just the kitchen, living room and two bathrooms they wanted to charge me $ 75 on the apartment that has less than 1000 ft.² and that includes the two bedrooms that I didn’t want them to clean.
Then, I called them and asked them why the cost was so high because the person who came out to do the «said it would take them less than two hours. That is nearly $ 45 an hour?!? Seriously??? Well then she said that it’s a minimum payments because you know it’s «one of those things» that because the apartment is so small they have to charge me a minimum of $ 75.
The reason why I need these rooms cleaned is because I am handicapped. I live on a fixed income and if I could have somebody come out twice a week I would but I can’t afford it. And I most certainly can’t afford $ 75 a week!
Had they told me about their minimum of $ 75 on the phone that day when I set up the arrangements for her to come out and do the quote, I would never even bothered having them come out. I felt like they were trying to scam me and being very questionable about their business dealings.
I look through their entire website and it says nothing about a minimum amount of money. It says call for a quote but it doesn’t say anything about there being a minimum of $ 75 per clean.
As of today, February 9, 2016 an update;
I got a note from the employee that I talk to on the phone using Unilocal.She asked that I change my feedback on their company because she was unaware that they had a minimum $ 75 per clean and that she would have told me that had she known.
Their business practices are a joke. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Kind of like the left-​hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing and so on. Anyway, I don’t know if I buy that. I know I’ve got at least three or four messages from her this morning trying to tell me that I need to change my feedback on the company. I think this makes the company look bad. I can’t give them a lower rating but would if I could.

Just walked into my house after my initial cleaning and couldn’t be happier! My house is sparkling and is so much cleaner than I get it when I do the housework. I’m so happy to have someone to take care of the extra cleaning details that I never seem to have time to get too. This will make my life as a busy, working, mom of two much easier! So happy with Dream2Clean!

We are new to Nevada and I have never used a cleaning service. I checked Unilocal for input from others but also received a few referrals from neighbors and real estate agent. After all the research I decided to contact D2D. The first deep cleaning was excellent. Very friendly and positive employes. They were very thorough, professional and did an excellent job.
Second cleaning was just as good as the first. I’m very impressed and will continue to use D2D.

I have used Dream2Clean several times and they always do a good job. I will definitely continue to use them when I need cleaning.

I have been using Dream2clean for a couple years now and I am very happy with them. I have used two different cleaning companies prior to Dream2clean and was not happy or did not feel it was worth the money being spent. Dream2clean is reasonably priced and works with me if I need to mess with the scheduling or add on one-​time services. The ladies have always been very nice and efficient.

I used Dream2Clean for a couple months to clean my condo. It was a hassle in the beginning to get it setup with a consistent schedule. Multiple times they arrived late without any call or notification that they would be late; it took calling the owners to figure out where the cleaners were one time where they were over an hour late. In just 4 months, six different cleaners came to our condo. My other critique is that each time I called it seemed like I got a different person who picked up; they use a live-​answering service so it adds an additional layer to talking to someone real at the actual company.
In terms of the cleaning itself, it was good, meeting all of our minimum expectations but it lacked consistency. For example, some cleanings my girlfriend’s makeup would be organized nicely and sometimes not. It was really nice when things were organized a bit in addition to the cleanings but it didn’t happen each time. I haven’t used any other cleaners but I’m sure there are better options available.
I finally decided to cancel after not being consistently happy and to save money. (If I had been happy we would have kept the cleaning and ignored the money.)
After cancelling I spoke to my girlfriend about our experience with Dream2clean. She mentioned to me that she was upset about not getting calls back from the owners when she requested them. She called three different times requesting a call back. None of the calls were returned.
For these reasons I would not recommend working with Dream2clean.

I REALLY am surprised by many of the less than favorable reviews for Dream2Clean. I have been using them every month since starting with a GroupOn and could not be happier. Lilly and her team take great pride in their work and it certainly shows in the results. I have used MANY housekeeping services over the years and NONE comes close to Dream2Clean. They are competitively priced and do nothing less than stellar work. I HIGHLY recommend them!

So far we couldn’t be happier with the service that we have received from Lilly and the whole Dream2clean staff. It is obvious to me that this company focuses on being attentive to their clients needs and requests.
You can rest assured that when you schedule a block of time, it is used for cleaning as expected. There is no time wasted on fooling around excessive breaks chit chat etc.
We are not wealthy people and a cleaning service of any kind to us is a major luxury item that we just can’t afford. After using Ddream2clean services for just a short time, The amount of quality time my wife and I have to spend together doing something other than cleaning has quickly turned this luxury item into something we don’t want to do without.
I can see why the company has new clients sign an agreement to not solicit their employees for private work. I have only had Lilly and Brandon in the home for work, and yes, they are that good.
I would strongly suggest that if you are in the market for cleaning services you’ve got nothing to lose by trying out Dream2clean.

I have been using Dream2Clean for over a year now and they always do an outstanding job. I hired them initially because they clean without chemicals. My wood floors are tough and take time, they do an excellent job on them.
What I love the most about using Dream2Clean is they take care of many things besides typical cleaning. They have providers that will do the windows, grout, carpets and handyman activities. They arrange everything and I don’t have to wait around at home. I simply call Dream2Clean or email them and tell them what I need. They arrange everything.
I also like the emails I receive after every cleaning telling me about what they did and what other cleaning I may need. It gives me a chance to respond and let them know what special cleaning I might like on the next visit.
I highly recommend Dream2Clean.

Dream2Clean truly is as good as it gets. Dream2Clean has been cleaning my home for several months now and they do a great job — this is the second cleaning service that I have tried and they are much better than the first company –not only that but I have my own company that does property management in Truckee so i deal with cleaning companies every day and know exactly how hard it is to please each and every owner with a good clean — hen i have had an issue with the clean they fixed immediately and have been excellent every other time — I would recommend them to any homeowner in Reno!

It’s hard for me to fully review this company because I didn’t get a full clean. I purchased a groupon voucher for 3 man hours of cleaning. Two ladies arrived at my home and told me my 1.5 hours would only cover 2 rooms and I had to choose. I picked my bathroom and kitchen. Now my house is 1300 sq. ft. My bathroom has a single sink and 1 stall shower; it is very tiny. My kitchen is very tiny as well, no island, single oven. I asked if they could clean another room when they were done as my rooms are small. They said no, the two rooms is all they’d have time for. They stayed together the whole time and talked to each other. They’d literally stop cleaning and have conversations with each other. They did a good job on the two rooms, I just thought it was a ripoff. American Housekeeping does my whole house in 1.5 hours and that’s if I get the double clean.

The days that Dream2Clean come to both my business and home are special treats. It is always refreshing to have a clean and fresh start every few weeks. Online booking is a breeze, and the work is consistent. Even special requests have been made and completed. Those that I have referred love their service too! I hear fantastic things about the «move-​out’ cleaning.

Dream2Clean does a much better than average job cleaning, and I like the fact that they are willing to use non-​toxic products.
However, the people involved can be difficult to deal with in other ways. They don’t remember instructions, and I have to repeat them several times. For example, they can’t remember the code for my front door, even though I’ve provided it more than once. During several cleanings in a row, they parked on my driveway, making it very difficult for me to get in and out of the garage. I mentioned this, but they did the same thing the following time they came. I have provided some other very specific instructions, which pretty much have been ignored until I repeated the instructions several more times on subsequent visits.
If you want a good non-​toxic cleaning and can put up with people who can’t seem to remember simple instructions, then you may like Dream2Clean.

I was very disappointed in this cleaning service. Susanne couldn’t have been nicer and tried hard to deliver good customer service, but I always believe good business is a trickle down effect … it is who sits at the top that makes or breaks any business.
I only had the service for 3 months, with a cleaning once a month. Each time Susanne came to clean, she had a new person with her who she was ‘training’. I was under the impression when I signed up for this cleaning service, it would be the same persons each time. As I have a home business, I am very careful as to who I allow into my home, therefore require any service I use to be fully bonded and insured. It was a bit disconcerting when each cleaning day, a different person unknown to me would be introduced.
I cancelled the service when I noticed one of the women had broken a custom made blind in my master bedroom. Susanne took photos on her ipad to show to her boss, yet never once did I receive a phone call from him to have the blind repaired, let alone even a call to apologize.
It wasn’t until after I cancelled the service that I noticed other broken items … a mirrored paperweight shattered in the corner, a cracked shutter, and worst of all, my floorboards have big black marks and gouges from the old vacuum cleaner that was used with way too much force against the walls.
The company uses green cleaners. This is what attracted me to them in the first place however I never felt my house was super clean after Dream 2 Clean finished their work. The old vacuum had a musty smell that remained even after they left.
It has been many months since I stopped using this company, however today I was cleaning house and noticing all the damage once again, I finally decided to post to Unilocal my review. It is long overdue.

My second cleaning service, after using another average service for over a year. As I look back, I think of all the things that were «off» about my experience with Dream2Clean, and I should have listened to my instincts. I scheduled a quote, for almost a week out. The woman called to give excuses that she just couldn’t do it that day. Fine, I’m flexible. She was late the next day, after I rescheduled around her. She said she’d send a quote that night, two days later, I finally got it. Then felt like I was «pressured» into the service when I didn’t respond immediately. Once I did respond, her e-​mail came back as undeliverable, so I had to contact the owner, who took care of setting me up. That’s about where the service ends.
They sent one woman over, for a deep clean, 5 ½ — 6 hours. Mind you, the house is brand new, and has been professionally cleaned every 2 weeks since we moved in 16 months ago. No kids, no pets, it’s a small house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and my husband and I are tidy people. This woman moved at the speed of molasses in January. I work out of my home, so it is very inconvenient if my house is not spotless at the end, which it wasn’t. I failed to see that she did any work at all. She didn’t bring a vacuum with her, and when I finally found mine, she didn’t like it. Very unprofessional. When she left, the house was no cleaner. And her demeanor was just not pleasant. She didn’t ask at all what I thought about her work, probably because she knew she really didn’t do any work.
The owner sent a follow up e-​mail to see how I liked the service. I promptly responded with all my concerns, and it took him 3 days to return my e-​mail. I cancelled the service immediately. For what I paid them, I was robbed. They didn’t do the work, they weren’t professional, and they didn’t even care that they weren’t. I finally heard from the owner who apologized for the error. The error? Of not delivering services you say you will?

Dream to Clean starts out very professional and for us went downhill from the initial meeting. They were slow, chatted about the owners new accounts in Montreux, took lunch breaks in our courtyard shortly after they got started and when they came back inside proceeded to tell me that they were going to go overtime and charge us per hr after the agreed price!!! It was quite strange and I had the girls leave.
The owner is nice… I just think his system would make a lot of people uncomfortable.

Larry and his employees are awesome! I had never hired anyone to clean my home before so I was a little nervous about doing so when we moved out of our last residence. However, now that is all over, I can’t say enough good stuff about Dream 2 Clean!
Not only were his employees awesome, Janet and Belle, but they did an amazing job and our former landlord was equally impressed because we all agreed, the place was cleaner then when we first moved in and these two ladies did it all in less than 4 hours!

After having used two different cleaning services, and a couple individual house cleaners, we finally stumbled upon Dream2clean. Have been very happy with their service. We have no surprises using Dream2clean, with a consistent fixed price cleaning service that does not vary week-​to-​week in either quality or price, as our former services did. When occasional issues arise, as they always do no matter what service you employ, Larry is always quick to communicate with his workers and remedy the situation. We have used this service for a couple years now, which is far longer than we ever stayed with any prior service. Highly recommended!
