This place had the worst service and was filthy. We walked in excited to buy beagles and the people at the register sold them to someone else after we paid and placed our order. They clearly did not care they made a mistake.

I’ve been wanting to go to this place for some time. They have an amazing amount of bagel options along with muffins, coffee and soda. I had a cinnamon popper muffin, I would buy again. I sampled a sip of all the coffee and decided on the carmel flavored. The seating area is clean, pleasant coffee shop atmosphere with standard jazz music playing in the background. Overall, I’m pleased with my visit and would return.

Well, the service was better than usual. The lady at the counter actually didn’t seem like a mindless zombie forced to sell bagels. I typically get something like that, so I was pretty happy at first. Then I played the waiting game. Waiting and waiting for 20 minutes… Another unusual thing. However I’m pretty patient, and this was no where near as bad as the food. They don’t do soup anymore which makes sense, they’re cutting their costs and I can’t blame them, but the avocado on my sandwich felt like I was chewing on rocks. It was no where near ready to be consumed. Way too hard to chew and ruined the sandwich. Couldn’t even squish it with my hands. I would prefer they let me know they don’t have any good avocado so I don’t waste 20 dollars on a sandwich for my girlfriend and I. But what can you expect? This place is going completely downhill.

First and probably last visit today just before 10am. When I arrived the only people in line were myself and the Tommy Bahama man ahead of me. He ordered 2 items and I believe, a coffee. I ordered one toasted bagel with cream cheese to go. After about 10 minutes he asked about his order and asked me about mine. A few more minutes passed and he had his. Mine took a few more minutes. The bagel was good but not $ 3.50 good and certainly not worth waiting 15 minutes for.

Delicious bagels, no doubt. Terrible customer service: they always seem annoyed to have to actually work… and the drive thru always takes FOREVER. I waited 10 minutes for a plain bagel with cream cheese, UNTOASTED. I’ll keep coming here, because again: delicious bagels.

Einstein’s bagels is a good bagel place, I always get their lox’s bagel which never really disappoints, but their customer service is ridiculous! They seemed annoyed that you are even there and I have had three times where I’ve gone through the drive thru and ordered a mocha and given just plain back coffee which seems like more laziness to me. If I would of wanted plain black coffee I wouldn’t have paid 3 $ for a mocha.

They do not have the sandwich I loved anymore. Their staff is lazy and fine with putting out crap quality. Check out my photos of the bagels with the added unwanted orange surprise in the middle. If I wasn’t on my way to work I would have gone in and asked for it done right. I do not plan on going back and that us a shame as I now work near this place.

The bagels are usually good. Except I went through the drive through before work and got a bagel with no shmear! I got to work and was very disappointed! Coffee tastes like water too. So don’t get the coffee

To be honest I didn’t really stop in here for myself, they sell this box that contains like 13 bagels i think it is, and i wanted to buy some for people at work because who doesn’t like food right. Anyways in this particular day i was early for work so i decided to kill some time and stop by here, the inside was a lot bigger than i expected and it seemed very hectic inside, the line of three people seemed to be moving very slowly and Im glad i was just there to grab a box to go or else i would of been late. Now bagel wise they have really good bagels, the box contains a mixture of different kind, service wise not so great the girl wasn’t exactly the friendliest person i’ve ever met but whatever.

The service is so bad at this location I honestly had to wonder if it was something personal! Every time I went there the service always seemed either completely disorganized, slow, or reluctant. The final straw was about 6 weeks ago when I went inside to get a cup of plain coffee. There were at least 6 employees I could see. I was the only customer in line. There were maybe a 8 small groups in the dining room. No one would even help me for 5 minutes. They would look at me and immediately turn their backs. Finally, someone reluctantly helped me. I got my coffee and silently swore I would never be back. I have lived up to my promise. I hope whoever is the manager there reads this and decides to bump customer service up the list of things to focus on to at least 4th or 5th place. So far it seems to be dead last.

This Place is a JOKE !! You come here early in the morning and these bitches can’t even say Good morning like NOONE likes there fucken JOB they threw my bagel lox together like they made it while riding a roller coaster !!! The bagels alone look delicious and tastes good but service and the assembly of an sandwiches is a joke !! Stick to just the sales of bagels alone !!! The employees look tired like no one got any sleep! I’m up at 3am take care of my family, workout and work 4 – 12 and manage to go to work with a smile on my face a greet everyone !!!

First of all, don’t go here if you have any kind of time constraints, seriously don’t. These guys are in no hurry, especially at the drive thru. I went for lunch today, and it took me almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me! Also I think they’ve messed up my order or left something out every time(chips AND pickle today)! Plus I got some sort of spinach bagel(only because they were out of my first 2 choices, at 12:00) and it was raw on top under the not so delicious topping. For $ 13 and 20 minutes of my lunch break, I expect a little more. I keep going back because I want to believe they’ll get it right eventually. But I think I’ll save this place for a leisurely breakfast stop instead of giving them another chance at messing up my lunch.

For a chain, this is a decent began shop. their bagels are always fresh! The staff is really friendly! My hubbs loves their coffee drinks! I always get one of their fresh juices, they always taste fresh and lovely! My only complaint is that 25% of the time they mess up my sandwich.(not miss one item on the sandwich, or add something that should not be on there… But make the wrong menu item) and it’s only my sandwich, not my hubbs, not my kiddos, just mine, and I don’t even have to order it. But they are quick to make the right sandwich. And that has given me a chance to try the other sandwiches on the menu that I would or normally order. So Unilocalers my too to you… Check your sandwich when they bring it to your table! But enough of the negative! My hubb and I enjoy coming here. I would suggest it to my friends and family!

Really gone down hill ordered a premium bagel… extra cost for a green chile bagel n got one with no chiles… surely you jest so intent inside and none of them had chiles? Well then I guess you should change the name to plain bagel? Am I right? Boooo to you I’ll stick with my favorite muffin, better quality better service

I would give this place 5 stars when they first open but it seems to get worst and worst. The prices haven’t changed but the portions of our favorite Lox, gets smaller and smaller and 2 out of the last 3 times we went and ask for extra pickle, we got none or 1 out of 2 orders. So they were out of their everything bagel. My wife will not stand up for that and I won’t either because of the punishment I’ll receive for not bringing her back what she wanted. So… –1 star for smaller portions. –1 star for the wraith I’m going to receive from my wife for missing items. Still the bagels are tasty and the cream cheese are to die for.

I come here for the cheddar jalepeno bagels, that’s it. I assume these are handmade, since the variance in size and flavor can very from mild to very spicy. This bagel with shmear is $ 3.39 Typically I use the drive through for my purchase and this is a slow process. It averages about 4 – 5 minutes per car in front of me. So if I see more than one car in line, I will not stop, I just don’t have the patience or that amount of time to wait when on my way to work.

It’s not quite 7 am(holy fish sticks!) and I’m on my way to the airport, but first I have to drop off the dog at a friend’s. This is just down the road, so I pick up a gift card to thank her for dogsitting and peruse what’s on the breakfast menu this early in the morning. I apologize to the girl behind the counter as I wavered and changed my mind at least 3 times — thanks for being patient. Good thing no one was behind me. I end up with some sort of bacon, spinach and fluffy scrambled egg thing with a hot coffee. Yay, they sliced in half for me — it’s the little things, people! As I sat and had my breakfast, it was fun to people watch the parade of customers come in and buy baker’s dozens of bagels for their offices, agonizing about how much to get of each kind. We live in a crazy world where the first major decision of the day is which kind of 36 different bagels types to get. PLUS: Free wifi!

I always see delicious bagel pictures from New York, SoCal, and all other sorts of big cities. So today I was craving that and had to finally get one for myself. I asked the Bagel Expert if they had any smoked salmon bagels and he mentioned a few but said the most popular one was Nova Lox so I said sure I’ll go with that on jalapeño cheddar. $ 8 woooorthhhh it. So delicious with the cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and onions with that fresh smoked salmon I was craving for! Thank you Einstein.

Do not expect fast service. With each visit the time it takes to get a toasted bagel gets longer and longer. The quality is there. It appears they are constantly having employee turnover.
